I can truly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'm 71 and bought a lot of car. Jessica and Jennifer made it easy , simple and pleasurable. And their follow up is first rate.

My Ford Maverick Hybrid had a recall and wouldn't start and I brought it in to get fixed. There were no loaner cars available, but Mike somehow magically found a loaner for me the next day. I am so grateful. As usual, the service is great and I really appreciate it. Thank you

I would suggest anyone refrain from visiting Bergey's Ambler and supporting this family. My family had used them in the past for several years (I even bought my first car with them), however, their personal interest and greed is just too atrocious to continue to support. After sending a serious inquiry for a used car and scheduling and confirming a test drive with the Sales Associate a day in advance, I was called about 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment (from another Sales Associate) to be informed the General Manager of this location took out this specific vehicle for the holidays. They informed me they have called the GM and have not been able to get a hold of him to confirm his location and when the vehicle will be returned. Several days past with no follow-up from the two associates that I spoke to previously. I sent yet another inquiry to the initial sales associate where he stated he's still not sure where the GM is, but would look into the location of the SUV. A few minutes later I received another email to inform the GM has finally returned and the SUV can be cleaned and prepared for a showing if I would like. Of course the GM managed to put several hundred miles on the SUV in about a week and was leaving the price around the initial offer. Seems rather sketchy that the GM can joy ride in a car that is clearly listed online for sale and then be MIA when a prospective customer is interested (aren't car salesman always looking to sell?). It was by far the poorest showing of customer service I have seen from a dealer in a long time. Their service team is no better. They convinced my 87 year old grandmother to replace all four of her tires when it was not necessary. She had just had the vehicle inspected during that same month and the treads on the tires were more than sufficient. My grandmother is on very fixed budget and taking advantage of an older woman is just despicable. This is not a family that should receive continued service from honest and decent families. Be careful!

GM Scott Burkgart ordered a car for me and I waited 8 months to receive it. When it came in, he wanted to charge more than we originally agreed so he could sell it for more to someone else. Don't trust these guys!

Booked my appointment for 7:00am. Got there about 6:58am. Wasn't sure where to go so I pulled up where the sign said, didn't see anyone. I called the business multiple times. Finally someone answered and told me they don't open until 730am. I told them well I booked it for 7am, and I would have never gotten up that early if I knew it was 730am. He said 7:00am is for drop offs... again, nobody told me that. So I told him to cancel me. Definitely not going to waste my time and money at this pathetic dealership. I used to deliver packages to them and they all seemed like imbeciles anyway. As a customer now, they failed on so many levels. 7:00am means 7:00am, not 7:30am. Don't book me for 7, saying it's really 730. That's insane.

I recently bought a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. The car is nice but, I wanted to point a few areas where Bergeys should improve. I told the extended warranty guy, I was NOT going to purchase the extended warranty. However, I was "forced" to sit through his speech where I felt he was annoyed at me for making that decision before it was presented.Secondly, it has been more than 1 month and I have yet to receive a follow up phone call asking me if I am satisfied.

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out on time and the process was super smooth. David Spinieo was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered. I would recommended anyone to go see David and the staff at Bergey's.

What should have been an easy transaction to process paperwork turned into multiple visits. Poor customer service. And quite frankly the salesman and finance person were rude when questioned about the process. Update: after the above poor customer service the finance person submitted my paperwork incorrectly to the loan agency causing another set of problems that can't be undone without refinancing. Complete failure and incompetence on the dealership part!

Yesterday I went into Ford to get an oil change! My apt was at 730 and they were done within 45 minutes! As I waited I had a nice cup of coffee from there coffee!! It was nicely fresh and hot!!! They were very fast and Michael is always pleasant and fun too talk too! Everything was well kept!!!

Ford really steers you towards placing pre-orders online for their new Mach E, but I felt with all the uncertainty right now that having an advocate would pay off. I contacted a few local Ford dealerships, but Tony Aquino at Bergey's was the only one to return my call and make a real effort to talk through what to expect.Having purchased my last car from a different Bergey's dealership, I had a better idea what to expect beyond that first impression.Although we had a mix-up on delivery date, Tony and Vince at Bergey's almost immediately made good by finding me another pre-order that the buyer had pulled back on. I would up with almost the exact same car, but four months ahead of schedule. Better still, Tony followed through after purchase to make sure I was satisfied to the highest degree possible.I can't recommend working with them highly enough. Why place an order online and then hold your breath on working out the details once the vehicle arrives? It really pays to have someone in your corner who you can contact with questions and who can help manage your expectations so there are no surprises when the decision finally comes due.
