“Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.
He has explained changes it in the Insurance world that I have asked questions about, thoroughly. He has held in person appointments.

“I have to say the manager of the Warrington Branch Kathleen was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I came in for License resolution after not being able to get answers and the run around by Penndot and other license service spots. She took a moment from her busy day to assist me, saw my frustration, and helped me get the answers I couldn’t find after numerous of attempts elsewhere. Kathleen was professional, caring about my situation, a delight to deal with just an absolute sweetheart.
I will be signing up for AAA services due to this interaction , the above and beyond mentality she demonstrated.

“Going to Pastore for titling and registration was the best decision I could’ve made. They were extremely responsive and helpful walking me through what was needed.
