On our way back from Indiana I was hoping to find a last minute item for Christmas. It wasn't something that I absolutely needed, but I figured I would stop here on the way home with hopes to find it. With the way that DGs are popping up everywhere they have a way of being unique in their own way, but at the same time almost identical in principle. This one is unique in the fact that they are aware of community they have set up shop in. This area of Pennsylvania is heavy with Amish and this location has a hitching post out front for those buggies you might happen upon while driving these back roads in PA. This location somehow feels larger than other locations, but in actuality, it is not. It is mostly an optical illusion. It is wider than most stores, but it doesn't go back as far as most stores. I think, if you look at it, they kind of squeeze it out to make it look as big, but it really isn't. Don't let that detract for the location. It is mostly well stocked and you should be able to find what you need. I was and was pleasantly surprised with the selection. One thing about this location is that if they might be out of an item, they at least will use what they have fill the shelves to not make it look like they have nothing to purchase. Overall, this is a great addition to the community, but this, in my opinion, might pull some business away from other communities.

Not sure what the others are talking about as far as feeling that the staff is keeping an eye on you. They do that to make sure you have all the help you need in finding needed items and using the self checkout.Every time I have visited this store from my home in Texas to see family in the area and needed assistance of any kind they were always ready and willing to help. This store is by far the cleanest and most organized of any DG I have ever been in. The staff is friendly and the manager, Tammy, has such patience when it comes to the coupons. The wifi issue is not the fault of employees or DG in general but in the lack of internet service in the area. They have no control over the sporadic wifi due to the remote location. All I can say is great job and keep up the most organized and friendly DG ever. They even accommodated the Amish by having a hitching post for their horse and buggies. And there is a shoval and disposal container handy for the occasional horse accidents. They have thought of it all. I appreciate DG building this store and the hiring of all their employees who really do love coming to work everyday. Thank you Angela Wolfe

I love this DG, the staff, Assistant Manager and Manager are so helpful. I actually witnessed this older gentlemen who had a huge order and the Manager was so patient with him. They assist me every time if I have an issue with a coupon as well. BTW, I love the coupons, don't ever quit giving them. The store is so clean and I love shopping there. Also, they have ample parking and there's even an area for the Amish horse and buggey. ❤️

No room to breathe down there when checking out. Store is a joke. Management sucks.

Fine but little room to breathe with the employees watching your every move. No privacy. Always looking at you like your gonna steal something.

If you dont mind the employees breathing down your neck...this is the place for you. They also close at 6, not 10pm as listed.
