Took my phone in and spent half hour just to find out it didnt fix anything. Paying for 3 phones & mine gets no service and the other 2 have it LITERALLY EVERYWHERE I DONT. Hope when i make the 25minute drive this time they actually send me out with the service they get good $ for.

Derrick was amazing, knowledgeable, and funny. The switch was super easy with Derrick helping me out and then also got me on 5G home internet. Service has been amazing so far for both. Glad I made the switch. Thank you Derrick!

Derrick was extremely helpful fixing my phone message problem. Then I upgraded to iPhone 15 for just $10 more each month after net trade in for my iPhone 12! Great to talk to also, especially sports!

Aiden was very pleasant and professional with me and my husband, the 3 hours we were there, switching our phones and carriers . Answered our questions. Also I have been to other Verizon stores and you should have more Aiden’s around if that makes sense. He just made the process less miserable. Because let face it nobody likes switching anything ever . It takes so long now

Charged $40 per phone for “set up” when I set them up myself. Demanded a refund and now 4 months later I still haven’t been given the credit to my account I was told I’d get. Anytime I call in I’m told the manager will call me back and only has like 1/7 times.

They were really polite and helpful and professional they answered all the questions and tried hard to help in anyway they could. I have been with Verizon for years and I love dealing with them for all my cellular and home phone questions.

We won't go anywhere else for our phones! We're always treated very well and they're so helpful with transferring info from an old phone to the new one.
