Got me all set up with a new real estate business line on my ESim, helped me test it out, all within 30 mins, all virtually, and all during an ice storm here in Oregon. Went in signed a new contract, got 2 new phones. Wanted to keep my old numbers they said no problem we will take care of getting them ported over, 2 days later still not done and I had to call to get the transfer pin number for them because they caught through. One line they still haven't started to port so I don't know when that will happen or if it even will. Guessing I'm out a few hundred dollars and have 2 brand new phones that won't work, Goodluck getting me to pay a bill when I don't have servic6through you.

I would highly recommend this Version Wireless to anyone , honestly. I've always had a terrific experience when I've went into this location, whether to buy/upgrade my phone, buy accessories, get help with my device in general or even ask how to do something, they're always happy and welcoming. I'm happy to have my phone service through Verizon.

I would give this zero stars if it would let me. I ordered the new iPhone 15 plus that came to me damaged when it got delivered to me. They don’t want to even exchanged the same product for me because they’re claiming they’re out of stock, but when you look on their website for this store they actually do have the phone in. This is how they treat their customers. You’re better off going elsewhere doing business.

I walked in and asked for an I Phone the cheapest way possible and for the process to be stress free. The manager introduced us to Nate and he delivered exactly what I asked for. This was by far the best and easiest Verizon/cell phone experience/purchase I have ever had and I'm honestly so grateful. No stress!!Thank you Nate!

Walked in. Two displays. Apple. Samsung. If you're looking for something from Motorola - apparently Vzw has no options for you.Five minutes of wandering back and forth without eye contact from anyone with a nametag, so I left.I used to work for Verizon Wireless, and I'm honestly just considering going with the $100 Walmart phones. It's cheaper in the long run.Yeah you will have to buy a new one every year, but it is still better than dropping a thousand and praying you don't get a lemon. Dropping a thousand and praying to baby it and make it last 4 years by shutting off any kinds of software updates. Service is about the same on all carriers anymore - so vzw and att lost their only real benefits.There aren't even any reliable flip phones to 'downgrade' to if you want to go back to just making calls with your phone and using a computer for everything else. You'll still end up buying one every year or two.

Worst experience ever! I'm still upset days later. I had recently purchased a Google pixel 7 at a different store. The phone would not log out of Facebook. It was just thinking and thinking with no movement. My old phone logged in and out just fine so I knew it was not Facebook.The young girl there so rudely asked me why I needed to log out of Facebook anyway...and had zero knowledge of phones. The guy sitting next to her asked what the problem was and then went on to ask me why I had 4 Facebook accounts on my phone. I said that's none of your business and he said yes it is because you want my help. I have business accounts and my elderly parents Facebook in there which is not their business. The number of accounts were not the problem. It was just not logging out. He then said, we only sell phones, if you need help you will have to call the support line. I have never been treated so badly in my lffe. I just want to find another carrier and get out of this 36 months they have tied me down to. Very awful!

Small store, I like that actually, you usually don't have to wait in line, the staff was extremely helpful! I appreciated everything she did for me! Her name was Bree, she was wonderful she was very patient and took her time answering all of the questions I had!

I have been here twice now for assistance and both time the customer helpers have Paul. Ne attitude and pawned me off to automated systems. The only person that was any help was Paul and I only got that was because this was a business account.
