The vehicle looks very nice they did a great job. My truck was very dirty inside with mud, dirt and stains on seats and carpet. Not an easy job I have done it myself. Expensive in my opinion but maybe I’m out of touch on pricing. They must have used very high heat to clean the rear seat covers because they got ruined and are unusable. A quick phone call would have resolved that issue. I would have had them remove the covers and clean the seat. They also missed wiping the middle of my back window. Other than cost, seat covers and back window everything else looks very nice as it should. The cost was $529.98

The guy working up front by himself early Saturday afternoon 4/13 did the best job on my truck that I've had there yet. I wish I knew what all days he works!

Went in to get my truck detailed . Had a gift card . Was some confusion about it. Talk with Jeff he got it all straightened out . Did an amazing job on my vehicle . Thank you !!

Jeanette Smith your review is not based on detailing your car. It is rather a bias review based on a false accusation of you walking here to pick your car back up. We stipulated that we would kindly come and get you. You made your own choice as to walk, which is not relevant to the detail and no mention was made by you relating that you wanted a rush job. Secondly, you clearly stated that you were embarrassed, due to your car being extremely dirty, on the inside. I am attaching pics of the interior which is in fact extremely dirty; an interior this filthy can NOT be cleaned quickly and allotting 2 hours to effectuate the job properly is not uncommon. You did in fact relate the car looked nice when finished. Based on your review, the detail of the car had nothing to do with your bias and unfair rating. This is simply an entitlement issue on your part sadly to say.

I feel completely ripped off. Imagine my surprise when I showed up at 7:30 in the morning to get the inside vacuumed and the mud cleaned off the inside of my husbands vehicle to find that I’m not able to sit and wait which is not something they bothered mentioning when the appointment was made. Now I will admit they were kind enough to drop me off at a Starbucks down the road since nothing else was open but that’s honestly the only thing they did that I appreciated. I had a 7:30 appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half great. Well an hour and a half rolls by and I haven’t heard a word. I give them ten or so minutes before I try calling them to see what’s going on since dropping me off delayed them a few minutes I didn’t want to be too pushy but I couldn’t get an answer just their voicemail. Well at almost two hours past I still haven’t heard anything so I start walking back through the snow on the side of Plank road because I have places to be and they still haven’t communicated. I do finally get ahold of them and they aren’t done yet. By the time I arrived back at their shop they were done but they felt compelled to comment that if they’d known about my time crunch. I wouldn’t have had a time crunch if what they’d quoted me was accurate. And they also performed services we didn’t ask for washing the car and cleaning the trunk area which I didn’t appreciate as I then felt compelled to pay for those services since there were no signs up detailing the individual fees. Why would I want my car washed in this disgusting winter weather especially since I didn’t ask them to do it! So 200 dollars later sure my car looks nice but was it worth how I felt about the experience along with the stress I felt due to their lack of communication and shady business dealings no not at all. Honestly, I wonder if my husband would have had the same experience.

Took our mustang to get the paint corrected had alot of spots that needed fixed, and then to get the ceramic coating done. Owner promised it would come out looking like a new paint job...blah, blah. Picked it up and the paint was not corrected, and he ceramic coated over top of them (which was stupid decision) Then $2200 later, we have a shiny car, but all the imperfections are still there, and if the owner had any common sense he should of known not to ceramic coat over those spots if they weren't fixed, cause now to get the car repainted the ceramic coating has to be removed. Not very happy with his decision, a phone call stating that he wasn't able to take care of correcting the paint would of been nice.

AMAZING! The owner, Jeff is very nice, professional and courteous and............Zach (who did my car) was all the same----always smiling! My car looked and smelled like I just got it in from the show room ---------- show room condition when I picked it up! This is the first time I treated myself to this - but will do it again!!!!
