Was sent away by all the major stores like CVS, Rite Aid, but this pharmacy decided to stay open 15 minutes later than they usually do to help get my prescription filled since they could tell I was feeling ill. They definitely care and I’d highly recommend!

Turn around and go somewhere else.Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy or business for that matter. Waited two days for my prescription to be filled. Kept being told it would be done. After being on hold for 25+ mins every time I called was told a different story. Turns out there was an issue with the dosage in the prescription and they couldn’t fill it - and no one called and no one explained this for two days. The final girl I spoke with gave me so much attitude and made me feel like it was my fault and my problem because they’re just “so busy “. I understand being busy and I was patient for two days. But giving someone the run around and having zero empathy is just bad business.Three days later I found a pharmacy who could make what I need. They called to transfer the prescription and whoever they spoke to was so rude to them as well. Wouldn’t send the prescription to them. Not sure why ? Such bad business practice all around.

Always helpful if I need help or advice. Has scripts ready when they tell you they will be ready. Also they have nice gift items and every day items on hand. A good place to shop for items to save time .

my prescription is rarely ever ready. there's been times I've had to wait two days for it because didn't have it. I've gone through the drive through and it wasn't ready so they told me to come inside where I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me they don't have it. I called to switch pharmacies and they said they took care of it. I called my new pharmacy a few days later and they told me fishers did not reach out to them at all and they had to call them.

Love Thompsons Pharmacy! This store will surprise you with specialty items.. great home decor and even has some awesome fashion items! I would definitely recommend making a visit here if you haven't already! A++

More than one occasion of absolutely atrocious customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere as they do not care one way or the other. Hard to see a small, local pharmacy staying open much longer when they treat their customers worse than national chain pharmacies do.

I am all for supporting a locally owned business so I headed to Thomson's Pharmacy this afternoon for a tetanus shot after stepping on a rusty nail yesterday while visiting family out of state. I had called beforehand to make sure they had it on hand, giving them my name and date of birth. As I had had vaccines there previously, they would be able to verify my insurance info. So I arrive at the pharmacy desk at 4:15 pm. At 5:15 my husband insisted that I check on the status of the pharmacist. Again, my name and birth date are noted. About 10 minutes later the pharmacist calls me up to inform me that my insurance requires that the vaccine be given at the doctor's office. But, of course, by now after an hour's wait, the doctor's office was closed because nobody bothered to check my insurance upon my arrival. Poor service is always disappointing, but when one's health is at stake it is imperative that substandard practice, such as this be addressed. I love their store, but I unfortunately won't be back.

Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. Young, immature kids who repeatedly violate HIPAA laws and are incredibly rude. The pharmacist will complain out loud about the lack of money he is being reimbursed by insurance companies and even cash paying customers. I never leave reviews but this place needs to be called out.

Always friendly. Also have prescription delivery. Some prices a little more expensive than chain store pharmacies, but I try to give them my business because they're a small hometown business. They also have a wonderful gift section.

i recently suffered an accident that caused me to lose my job and some memory loss. i have had issues applying for insurance and basically just getting around. i am a radiologic technologist so i am very familiar with the healthcare field. the staff at the pharmacy told me that i was lying because i told them i just lost my job last time i got my scripts filled and also wanted to know why my insurance hasnt gone through. idk...ask them??i am a paying customer and i feel i deserve as much respect as someone with insurance..like me for the last 30 years...i am appauled at how i was treated. i know that there would be no issue if i wasnt getting my oxycodone...this staff member seems to enjoy the power she has in keeping someones medication from one. i hope she doesnt find herself in a situation where her world gets turned upside down...because i pray to be on the other side of the counter holding her meds for her broken back and speaking to her like she is a leech of society. megan, i hope you understand that you wont always be in a position to treat people the way you do. i used to like this pharmacy because they had no problem giving me my perscriptions that i have been taking daily for 12 to 13 years. i will probably end up in the hospital because megan wanted to play im the boss. thanks

At les twice have called Broad Ave. about prescriptions on a Saturday. I've been told it's not important, an do I know how busy he is it's on people at the counter. It can be taken care of Monday. Really wish I could be there waiting in line. Just so happens I'm in a wheelchair and it's not exactly a handicap store. There's a real attitude problem there. I've been a customer almost all my life except for mail order. I'm just as important as anyone waiting in line. My transferred script from cvs is laying out there. There closed. No one else can fill it now. Martins works for me. No matter what day or time they have! I needed. This ASAP.

This place has went down hill over time.. never have things in stock, tells you it'll be in tmrw but its 2 or 3 days later. They can't find scripts that are sent- for the 2nd or 3rd time because they say they dont have it. (Twice now, they have had it and said sorry the worker didnt see it) You sit in the drive thru behind the person at the window for 10-15 mins. They are very unorganized anymore. And a few rude employees as well. Pharmacist, is very kind and helpful but i dont know if they just got to busy for their staff or what.
