They were really on the ball and helpful and I had questions and also the place had lives lots of room lots of quality strength training equipment cardio and the staff there is very polite

Probably the best gym for strength training/powerlifting in Altoona. There's a ton of great equipment here and the environment here is overall just very good. You also can't beat $20 a month for students!
