Was incredibly rude, there were two guys working at the time and my friend was treated poorly. Just making this review to hopefully snap some sense into this store to make sure every customer is treated with respect. She simply wanted help to set up internet mainly, and store did not help told her to call customer care. She wanted to call care so they could talk with store and help with figuring things out but was given attitude for that...please don't do this to people. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable fixed my phone issue right away, something I had to make a special trip for because customer care couldn't resolve my situation over the phone it took them the phone customer service 11 days to say just go in the store. The guy had it fixed within like 7 minutes. Moral of the story ever since tmobile took over sprint they suck.

Was there with my father who has hearing difficulties this evening after his phone broke (charger port). Tyler went way above and beyond to help him get what he needed. So professional and personable all at the same time! The best sales rep you could get!

I went to this store on Sunday October 6th 2019. I walked up the counter. One gentleman was obviously just a friend just hanging out and the other was the employee. I asked for a manager and was informed that he was the manager. I proceeded to ask him a question. He rudly stops me midsentence to tell he isn't a corporate store. The thing is I know this. The nearest one is in Robinson right near the Pittsburgh International Airport where I have spent the last 17+ years working. I may have an idea where this place is.... So I just turned around and walked out. If this gentleman is a manager he needs to take management classes to learn how to talk to customers. There was no customer service in his voice and he rather slack off and talk to his friend and be paid instead of actually working for pay.
