Very Disappointing. Have not been here for a good year since I have been a Mod-Wash Customer since they opened. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see how they are. Paid for the $30 Package and the Mats where soaking wet and just thrown in. Not put in place. None of the plastics where cleaned even though that was apart of the package that I had bought. Glass has large Streak Marks. Sunroof was missed. Outside of the vehicle looks good but the whole interior was missed. Its also disappointing that vehicles are left running for a solid 10+ Mins while being finished. Wasting my $$. $30 is not much however when much is promised and not completed it becomes lack luster. I will not be returning as a customer and I will be informing my personal clients to stay away. This company is meant to be Superior. I do not see that.

Just had my car dome. Has been quite awhile since I went there. First not much notice to where you pay so we missed it. We got in line and then went inside to pay bc that's where we thought we were supposed to. . When there wasn't anyone in there we ask. The guy said it's at the booth. Well there wasn't anyone in booth. So my husband asked him again. He started yelling at him saying he gets tired of repeating this all day. Somewhat rude would you say. My car had streaks all over the side. The inside of doors soaked. The mats were so slippery you about fell getting in. Very disappointed and willo not return. Terrible service. Not very friendly either.

I'm a monthly member and I take my vehicle there several times a month. They do an outstanding job inside and out. I would highly recommend them whether you go for a wash or detailing!! I recently took a beige color driver's seat , I was going to install in my vehicle. It was dirty and stained all over. The owner said he could clean it and it would take a few days because of it needing to dry completely. Well I picked it up today and I was VERY IMPRESSED ?. THANK YOU for your help and I will be coming back for more business!!

Absolutely horrible place!! Wracked my right rear view mirror, no apologies no refund no nothing. The only thing the manger said was “….just go to your dealer It should be a easy fix for them…” if you have a new car, or a newer model, never ever go there! I promise they will do some damage to it because they are not trained for cleaning new cars….

Place has really gone down hill. Only half my truck was dried off. There was still mud on it and I paid for a spray and wipe wax that was never done!! I won’t be going back!!

The owner puts food coloring and dawn dish soap in system to make it look like there's soap. Calls his employees liers and thieves used to keep tip money to buy chemicals. This is the second time I put this up and he has it taken down.

We've been here twice!! Reasonable and well worth it they are fast but do a great job! All the guys are kind. They have a nice waiting area that's so welcoming!!! Don't forget to tip them boys they work so hard!!!Services: Auto detailing

Went to get car washed & interior vacuumed. There was no one collecting money and the lines were backing up. When I got my receipt, I discovered and extra charge for using a debit card - the charge was not posted. When they did my interior, they ripped out the snap on my weather tech mat on the drivers side. Also, they didn't dry or completely wash off the mats which left them extremely slick. This caused me to fall into the drivers seat vs. sitting down. I will definitely not go there again. Maybe I just had a bad experience on that particular day. In the past, I've had my car hand washed and vacuumed at Bells Run... more expensive, but we'll worth it!

If I could give a zero Stars rating I would Not only was the manager ignorant but the owner was also an a****** treated me like I was less than or low class citizen
