Their change machine for their automatic car wash wasn’t working, so I didn’t get any change back. Tried calling the last several months to get my refund and nobody answers the phone and there’s no voicemail to leave a message.

$16 car wash & my car is the furthest thing from clean. I’d like a refund please ? I have stopped in office multiple times & there’s never anybody in there & the phone number doesn’t even work? Don’t go here

I have been to the pet wash many times. Today was the worst experience I have had. The left wash had no pressure so I moved to the other wash and it was filthy! There was hair and poop in the was. I had to clean it ( glad I had cleaning supplies in my car!).
When I got the dog in the tub, there was no hook to secure her. Sorry to say I'm looking for other options !

Had to stop here for my car the salt was covering it from the wonderful winter, costed me 10$ just for the lowest package, sure have my care clean. Definitely will return.

The pet wash room does not work. Inserted $1.00 into the towel machine, nothing came out. Paid $5.00 for the wash and it's just water. No shampoo or any of the other phases listed. Highway robbery.

I'm posting this review for the petwash portion of their service. We brought our new puppy in to try the facility out. So disappointed...cost $5 no problem, however no shampoo, no fragrance nothing but plain cold water! They have 2 rooms so we decided to try the other one...another $5. Again no shampoo or anything else working except plain water and dryer...I called the number on the window and left a voice mail...no response!A cool concept and would have used it again between grooming appointments...our puppy is a Saint Bernard, so she will get big...but very disappointed and won't try that again!

Have gone to this location many times (across from Longhorn Steak House). Most recent visit the equipment malfunctioned at beginning of wash and had me exit. I get it things break. What I found to be very unprofessional is calling for over a week so far leaving multiple messages and no response back for a refund or at the very least an explanation. Good thing there is a lot of other car washes in Altoona to find a new favorite.Service: Auto detailing
