On our drive home, my husband and I stopped to get gas and stretch at this Sheetz location. During our stop, our keys got locked in our car and we were stuck at one of the pumps until a tow company could come unlock our vehicle. Two Sheetz employees at this location checked to make sure we were okay and offered us free fountain drinks, a place to charge our phones, and use their phones. We both appreciated this kindness so much!

It's OK. I quit buying Pepsi and sp[rite 2 liter any longer .3.00 now. I go to dollar general. 2.30.everything is extra expensive there .I guess they think because of the convenience. So is rudders and all the other rip off grocery stores.,

I have been coming to this sheetz for the past year & a half. The past 2 mornings I've come in, Lisa has waited on me. Never had an issue with her in the past, but the past 2 mornings , she has been very short & rude when I'm checking out. I watched her interactions with other patrons & doesn't seem to coup an attitude with them. As someone who also works in customer service, I'm very disappointed by the way I have been treated by her. I have never had a problem with her or any of the other workers ever at this location. In fact, I have enjoyed getting to know those checking customers out at the register . I see them once if not twice a day, and ask how their days are going. After 2 days of this, this is UNACCEPTABLE. If Lisa is a manager, then she needs to review what customer service is because I certainly don't expect to be treated any less as a woman of color! I will be contacting Corporate due to this unacceptable behavior.
