Pulled up yo one pump for gas, and the pump read "PUMP IS BUSY." It wasn't busy because it wouldn't work. I pulled around to another pump and tried my cards, and the pump said pay inside. I wasn't going to do that. Tried and agin and it was fine.

Drove out of the way because they advertised the lowest price on diesel fuel. When we got there they had no diesel fuel.

Bought a reusable water bottle & the spout was broken, still wanted to buy as that was the last one of that style, was told no when asked if I could have a percentage taken off.

I LOVE SHEETZ! It NEVER disappoints....open 24/7, if your in need of something very quick, Sheetz almost always has it,. Maybe a little more pricey, but I end up getting it--because "after all, we're talking about convenience here!"

They changed the straws and lids for the extra large cup. The straws do not reach the bottom of the cup, and lids will not stay on.
