I have stopped in for a few patches in the past and the staff has always been great. When I went in this last time, the staff helped me pick tires for my vehicle. I previously bought the tires for my vehicle from the dealership but recently, the dealership sent me a tire quote that was $45 more per tire, for tires I told the rep that I wasn't interested in. I explained that to the folks at Russell and inquired about buying there. I told the staff which brands I have had very positive experiences with (Continental, Hankook, and Michelin). They worked me up a price in a few moments and ordered my tires. I got a great set of Continental tires and they were promptly installed. The staff at Russell Tire got a repeat customer out of me. Granted they won't see me for awhile since I just got the tires, but when I need new, I'll be back. Thanks! A+ would definitely recommend.
