Terrible communication…tells me to wait for 3 weeks before he can get me in. I’m like okay sounds fine by me. He said just drop it off in the morning. Sounds good. I call this morning (30th) to find out exact appointment time. He informs me there is no appointment time and I’ll be stuck there all day with my child (7) because he didn’t inform me I had to request an appointment time…wtf I called to schedule an appointment…as of person can give up their car for more than a day without proper notice. I’ve been told I can drop off if I wanted anywhere but not that it’s the only way they do business unless specifically requested. I thought I just missed the drop off time in the convo we had cause my daughter was taking when making the appointment. Apparently appointments are a specialty that must be requested. Go here if it’s not urgent or important cause randy really don’t care about the customers needs or convenience …
