I can't say enough about my experience here! I've been to another shop in the past in Altoona & it was terrible. The color didn't match, my bumper kept falling off, nothing fit perfectly (I late found out the shop used was a cheap aftermarket bumper). My car was never the same. After this accident (Deer ran in front of me) I decided to go with Professionals & am so glad I did. My car looks better than it did the day I bought it, everything fits perfectly, and the detailing job they did was just icing on the cake! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dawn smiling & she helped me to not worry. I also want to add that my insurance company, Erie, was excellent! I know not all insurance companies pay the full claim & I was worried about that but fortunately Erie takes care of their customers & they took care of everything. The whole process was fairly quick & Dawn kept me updated throughout the whole repair. Joe, Sam, Ron, Dawn & the rest of the staff were terrific & answered all of my questions. I'm so happy I decided to go to Professionals & not back to the previous shop I was at. All I can say is that if you have Erie insurance & want your car repaired to perfection, this is the place to go. These guys make you feel like family & I'll miss hearing from Dawn every few days. lol Thank you all so much!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are predators waiting for their next victim.The biggest mistake we made was bringing our vehicle to you was not doing enough research and investigation in your shady ways, but just trusting your convincing manipulative commercials.I have since read every review that I could find and can count on my fingers how many positive experiences people have had. Only nightmare after nightmare. I will be using these other reviews as well and making sure that they get shared over and over again. Along with my review on every social media outlet available.We will also be contacting the insurance company and informing them that the owner specifically told my wife to exaggerate her injury to try to obtain even more money and threatened to sue them even though some of her injuries we're pre-existing prior to the accident. We will attest this in a sworn affidavitThey charged us $750 to release our car for a fender Bender that they already charged the insurance company nearly $11,000 which was7 times the cost of their original estimate.They had our car for over 2 for a supposed 4 day repair. Buyer beware. You will be scammed, deceived, and taken advantage of.Services: Painting

Have used them many times for personal and business vehicle accident repairs. They do thorough quality work every time and have years of experience dealing with insurance companies. They definitely get my 5 stars.

Don't go here they screwed over a 77 year old woman charging her 800 and some dollars after her boyfriend had a fatal heart attack. Then claimed that the car was totaled but yet she drove it home after paying 800 and some dollar bill including a 100 dollar pandemic fee cause they work during a pandemic.

I first met Ron Peretta in1983 when he was just starting with a small shop .He repaired a factory defect that the dealership I purchased my new truck from could not get right after several attempts. The company agreed to pay Professionals after I signed off and released them from any liability. Ron Peretta repaired the defect and it was still in perfect condition when I traded the truck nine years later. Since then everyone who lives in this area can see how well his business has expanded .

Do not fall for their tricks. High prices, bad workmanship. All around dishonest from the front desk to the owner. I found this out the hard way. Please heed this warning and take your business elsewhere.

Professionals Auto Body is a company you want to avoid by all means. I had them tow my car after an accident. "Tow it". I understand storage until my insurance company gets an adjuster there. BUT DAMN!!! The car wasn't worth what they charged to store it for a week. All I asked them to do was tow it. They took pictures, Made phone calls, And took my plate off. And they charged me an outrageous amount of money for those things I never asked them to do. That's not their job! That's my insurance company's job. And I'm not going to pay them. They even charged my insurance Co. for cleaning up debris from the accident. There was no debris. I have pictures of the scene before there truck got there. All I can say is Insurance Fraud. Do not use Professionals Auto Body!!! You can t afford it. I'm going to rate Professionals as a 1 star. Because there's no 0 stars.

My white dodge ram was taken in to Professionals Auto Body on an insurance claim due to an accident. Insurance deemed the truck a total loss, and now I can't get my personal stuff out. I cannot even get an explination as to why not.
