For over 4 years I've had all good experiences here.The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and prompt. I'm grateful I don't have to experience the post office for my shipping needs and really appreciate Katie for going above and beyond helping me out with a recent mailing.

I’ve been mailing out things for years here . I had copies made , fax retrieved there and have done over nite mailings. I’ve emailed addresses to them to print out labels for mailing and returns.Every single person has been wonderful professional and knowledgeable and cared about us and our mailing. They print out receipts and tracking numbers for your package too. Also their selection of mailing products and gifts are great. Their prices are great too! I couldn’t be happier with their services and staff.

The people at Postal Express are always so helpful. I think that they offer good services and I love the one stop location for my mailing and faxing needs.

If you choose to use this place to simply send a package out, take lube with you. They upcharge a US Postal small flat rate box 230%. That's right, you can hand the 7.65 box to the post office for 7.65. If you want in there as they are a US postal authorize reception center, they want 17.65 to take the 6 by 8 inch box from you and hand it to the post man. US Postal Fed Ex UPS Folks ALL THREE of these couriers are available within 2 miles of this place and you will not get the shaft. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY and visit the actual carrier.

How hard is it to update the hrs? Kind of a pain to make the trip, only to see you're not opened, though the site says you are.

I showed up when they were closed and they opened the door and took care of my shipping. It took over thirty minutes and they treated me like an everyday client. That is called customer service. I go there every time.

To Carrie Graham in Houston, TX I could not find you on FB and wanted you to know I was given your pkg by mistake at the P.O. box. I called Postal Express to tell them "it is back in the mail" if you are looking for lost items... and you hopefully will get box tomorrow, Saturday 4/7.
