Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t bother expecting quality service or convenience. Expect difficulty and frustration.

Nothing but issues since I opened an account at this bank. They are rude condensing and don’t explain anything at all to you. I went from having a bank for over 10 years no issues and issues I had were my fault. But this bank my god find somewhere else. The extra stress of the dumb dumbs isn’t worth it!

I was told via phone a day or so prior to my visit yesterday that they had presidential dollar coins that I could exchange for dollars. They refrained from telling me until I entered the building that I had to have an account with them in order to purchase the coins. If they withhold information from potential customers, it makes one wonder what information they would withhold from actual customers. Most banks in Altoona have no such restriction. Try First Commonwealth Bank (on Pleasant Valley Boulevard closer to Altoona) or any of the First National Bank branches if you're looking for dollar coins, at the very least.
