I typically never leave reviews because I like to try and give doctors offices the benefit of the doubt, however this is one office I would never recommend anyone to go to. I currently have my son there to get his adhd treated along with some other issues. At first I thought they were great, however that changed starting last week when I tried to contact them about my son having a terrible response to the new medication they had him on. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages pleading for their help and asking them to stop the meds and try something else because it was affecting my son to the point he became aggressive and his ability to focus on school was diminishing. Never once have I heard back from them, finally the end of last week I got through and spoke to a receptionist who was very understanding and passed along another message. According to the notes they were trying to reach his doctor. It’s now Tuesday and I even called yesterday and left yet another message pleading them to please get a hold of the doctor because my son is struggling and it’s not fair to him, his family, or his teachers. A mental health facility should not take more than a week to respond back, especially when a 5 year old child is involved . I am highly disappointed in this place. Until they step it up my opinion of this place won’t change. So if you value your mental health or health in general I would steer clear of this place.

I had to quit unfortunately...I enjoyed my clients and will miss some of them tremendously....Co workers were sweet. The work was a bit overwhelming. Not too bad though.

This is absolutely the most garbage medication Management Facility I've been to in my life I've been in treatment since I was a 13 year old I'm currently 33 years old, they decided to take my medication and cut it in half when they met me after being on it for 10 years and there's never anybody in the office to pick up your phone call and they're going to neglect to fill your medications on Sundays, this is the worst experience I've ever had in the mental health field and I'm a peer Advocate and my parents are board members for NEA BPD so I literally go to N.A.M.I. conventions every single year I know what good treatment is and I know what bad treatment is and this place is bad, they've taken zero consideration into what I do for work or any attestation for my prior prescribers When taking into consideration prescribing me I don't feel taken care of I feel mistreated and I'm a disabled individual who's trying to make ends meet and this facility is making my life more difficult by altering long-standing regimens that never needed changing. 0.5 out of 5 stars, unbelievable the way these people have treated me.

Let me start this with I never like to leave reviews for mental health places but I have a need to following my experience at this institution. I will give a few examples of what has happened that has lead me from firing dr. Cho and his nurses. First of all I was here for 2 years. I have never received medication before that worked and I wanted to give Cho a shot because he has been doing this for many years. And I must say if you take your mental health seriously DO NOT COME HERE.to start when I first went there he sat me down and we talked I would say for about a hour and of my whole 2 years of being here that's the only day he ever felt like talking to me that long and as i talkes i noticed he kept checking his watch. And he did this every time I came in here and he would also fill out his work as I talked. But first he put me on a medication that made me feel worse and instead of him and his nurse who would call me or see me did nothing at all and kept telling me to stay on the medication. So I did thinking maybe it would get better. And I did and I was on it for 6 months and I lost my job and apartment and basically was comatose for 6 months of my life. And as I continued to see him him and his nurse always blamed my past situation . But I had to move into my past abusers home and I told him how stressful it was and he told me if I really was serious about getting out I would not be there at all and he was under the impression I lived there and never moved out and he forgot everything I had told him. And also when I told his nurse I was having a hard time with anxiety at jobs and job interviews she told me it was all in my head and if I was homeless I would try harder in life. And that's really when I started looking other places. But his nurse and him really do not believe in mental health and think it's something that is just in your head and don't think it can stop you from certain things in life. And what's crazy is he's in phsy? So I'm sure when he was younger he was a good doctor but he is burn out but that's not a excuse to project his own feelings on me. What's crazy is my friend she has problems and he told her she does not need medication and she would be better at micro dosing acid? And what's crazy is she has a past history of drug abuse and when did he get his degree in mico dosing? Maybe that's why he became a bad doctor. If your thinking of coming here don't. And if you are here I am sorry. I am seeing another doctor now and she is great I am on a medication that actually makes me feel better and she actually listens to me. We tried a few medications and we got the right one and it didn't take long. Do not make excuses for your doctor. You know your worth people. And they work for you it's not the other way around. .good ?

The office staff are amazing. Dr. Cho is absolutely awesome. He listens to the concerns and helps to come up a plan of action. I honestly never had a bad experience with any of the staff there. I would highly recommend.

Please do not let Dr Cho put you on benzodiazepines without letting you know what a serious WD they have for a long time & the fact that these pills should NOT be prescribed for longer than a month. You can find this out using a very simple Google search. This doctor does not know what he is doing & is gambling with peoples lives. Run & don't look back.

The world would be a much better place if there were a million more of Dr. Cho in it.

Lately with the nurses doing more than the doctors it's been a mess. My child goes 5 months at a time now without seeing his doctor. He's medication is messed up every refil or "nurse call". Or they just completely forget to fax medications to the pharmacy then don't return calls for days. My child is now going on day 4 without his proper medication since now one faxed his medication refill on Dec 12th, won't return calls or answer the phone. Not this first time since we left PHN.

Do not ask for Dr Gibbons. She is a NP and can’t help you. Dr.Cho and Nurse Tara are great though

So, I folloWed my doctor to this facility, but I have nothing but good things to say. Appointments are prompt and scheduled for convenience and I have once had a call returned by nursing to follow up on my questions. Has been a good choice for me. UPDATE NOTE 07/15/22. RECIEVED A PROMPT RETURNED CALL AND WAS MET WITH ACCOMODATIONS TO AN APPT SWITCH AGAIN. THESE GUYS ARE 2 THUMBS UP

Terrible, they'll tell you they'll help with stuff and never do. I've been going for 6 months and still don't have a therapist. Honestly, all of these places are useless in my experience. I dunno if it's because I'm an adult or a male but they don't help much at all. I wanna try a long term treatment facility hopefully they can help

The goal of this clinic is money. Not help! You will visit to talk and given no clue how to get any better. They tell you they will have a doctor call you with suggestions, only to never get a call. They also tell you that you will see a doctor. You don't! You see help and you only speak with the doctor in a video conference. Which is useless, if you don't have a way to do that. Save your money and talk to a true friend about what is bothering you. Turns out, my friend had a better solution then the doctor did and is non habit forming. Not to mention, you'll save gas not running back and forth to this facility to never actually see a Doctor. Honestly, quite sad that the staff can be exposed to Covid , but the doctor just stays at home and does video chats. I mean, I am vaccinated no less and wear a mask out of respect. Nope, I still never actually seen a Doctor in person. As far as the staff goes. Friendly and excellent! These people you do see and try to help can only do so much. Which they do! 5 stars for the staff!!!
