Took a bridesmaid dress, a mother of the bride dress and a sundress for alterations. Everything was done to perfection and in a timely manner. Also very affordable. Even when I needed my dress shortened a little more Karen did it that day with no charge. I would highly recommend her!

If it were up to me she would get no stars. She called me last week and said my dress was done. I set up a time the next day and she didn’t show up. I tried to call and all I’ve gotten is the answering machine. She hasn’t called me back and I need the dress by this Saturday for my daughters wedding!! I hate to half to do it but I’m gonna have to buy another one!!!!

I didn’t actually use her sewing experience to make a dress for me but she did give me her expert advice to help with a problem I was having on a sewing project of my own. She was very helpful and very pleasant!

Karen is so talented and professional. She has done many alterations for us in the past and they were always top notch. She has also made custom costumes for my children and custom bridal and formal gowns for me. She is so knowledgeable about fabrics and she knows what she is capable of. I really hate to see negative reviewers post their garbage to damage someone’s professional reputation. I guess that a person should not expect much when they buy a $99 wedding dress from China. You get what you pay for. The quality of the fabric and lace must have been poor. She has been a miracle worker for me and I will continue to refer her to everyone that needs alterations.

Came in needing alterations for a bridesmaid dress with only a week before the wedding and she had them done they day before I asked for it to be ready! She took the time for me to try on the dress and pin it at different lengths because I wasn’t sure which shoes I was going to be wearing to the reception. Overall a very pleasant experience and extremely reasonably priced.

Karen is amazing at her job. I really don't understand why any of you guys would give her 1 star at all. She is awesome at her job and yes she does now what she is doing. We're else can you get amazing prices like her. I give her 5 stars Because the place is very nice and very family friendly to. So I would stop complaing about her work and keep going to my girl bridal.

Karen did an amazing job hemming my bridesmaid dress! I came to her very last minute to get my dress altered. I'm very poor with time management and came to her with less than a week until the wedding. She got the dress done in one day! I was very satisfied with how quickly she got it done and how well she did! They were super friendly here and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back!

I took my wedding dress to Karen in January and asked if it could be made into a first communion dress for my 8 year old daughter. We talked about what I wanted and what I didn't want. I picked up the dress today and it's more beautiful than I ever could've imagined. She was wonderful to work with...and so reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody. She has a true talent!!

I took my wedding dress to Karen in January and asked her if it could be made into a First Communion Dress for my 8 year old daughter. I had seen a baptism gown that she had made and it was beautiful. She said that she could. We discussed what I liked and what I didn't like. I couldn't be happier with how the dress turned out! It's age appropriate. It's what we had discussed. It didn't lose its sentimental value and it is a gown that will be treasured in our family for years to come. I'd not hesitate to recommend her to anybody! She does absolutely wonderful work. Lots of attention to detail and so reasonably priced. She has a true talent!!

Great place. Completely custom made my wife's dress. Other places wouldn't even try. Im not sure what happened with the other people. You cant turn a 99 dollar used dress into a 4000 dollar gown for 50 dollars.

DO NOT go to this place...the shop was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with alterations...it took her 6 appointments because she had no idea on what she was doing to fix the gown...she would set up appointments and then not show, and then would need to be called, she was rude and very unreliable...we went to pick the dress up and she had a man there who threaten to take the dress if we didn't pay (we had planned on paying) we wanted to discuss the problems that we had, but again he threaten us with taking the dress and calling the police...No apologies, No Discounts just threats...lesson learned if it sounds to good to be true...Save yourself a lot of aggravation and find a good shop
