Great customer service, they helped me out right away when I had a nail in my tire, I have also come here before for oil changes and I also had a rental at one time that they helped me out as well with some services the vehicle needed, they always do their best to get me in as soon as possible, and everyone I have encounter has been very polite :)

I was on my way back to Raleigh trying to beat tropical storm Debbie when my battery died. I walked into Monro in Altoona, PA and the mechanic got me in and out with a new battery within 30 minutes. They were a complete blessing.

Jeff is amazing! He took the time and care to teach me how to refill my windshield fluid which no one has ever done. He was kind and patient and very knowledgeable.

Took my car to another shop to check on an oil leak Monro thought was leaking from the turbo. The below is what that shop stated:
1. Monro overfilled my oil by at least .5 quart (which monro charged me an extra $15 for.)
2. They spilled oil all over my engine, and who knows what else. And didn't try to clean it up.
3. Turbo was completely dry.
4. Tires had at least 5,000 miles of tread left which monro said would be $1100. The other shop said those tires are currently going for $600 labor included.
Avoid monro at all costs!

Zack got me in on a Friday near closing by himself with no hesitation. Every other place I asked almost laughed at the same request for an oil change. He didn't even wait for it to cool off. Real professional! He even alerted me to a possible leak. Thank you!

Jeffrey, another guy who looked to be about his age, and an older fella with a bad back were working when I arrived for an alignment and oil change. Upon them getting it pulled in and onto the alignment machine, they noticed an issue with my strut tower.
Jeff immediately called me into the bay, he explained what was wrong (it was rusted and almost broken away). He then explained what issues/dangers were present due to its condition. He said he could still do the alignment but wouldn't feel right if he would do that due to the condition of the strut tower.
I ended up just getting an oil change. The information these guys took the time to fully explain has potentially saved my life and the lives of my wife and 4 children.
Long story short, they could've just done the alognment and oil change and sent me on my way, however, they chose to direct my attention toward concerns that were worthy of being called critical.
Monro has earned a new regular customer. I will stick with those guys for everything I need that they can provide from today forward.
If ya'll are reading this, thanks fellas. Ya'll are life-savers. Much appreciation to ya'll and the work you fellas do. I can't say thank you enough.
