Dan and the crew are always knowledge and helpful. They offer you ideas and solutions. I've had them custom make a threshold between 2 different level floors, they have custom matched vintage baseboard trim for me, and in have purchased many of their stock products. Better quality than Lowes for about the same price

They do great work, work that you can't get done anywhere else and are cheaper than my local shop. I needed a custom window made that would have multiple lights for colored glass. I couldn't find anyone who would do it. Even outside of our area. They accepted the job and tho it did take some time it came out perfect. They have cut wood for me for kitchen cabinets and I am going back to have them cut some wood for a bathroom vanity.

Owner was as nice as can be. Helped me out like I was buying a large amount even though I just needed a few boards. Got some beautiful Spalted maple, Quarter Sawn Sycamore and some Curly Maple too! I recommend them.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. He's rude and condescending There are so many other places to purchase from and I for one, will be doing exactly that. I called to order a board. I was giving him a second to grab a paper and pencil. His response was "are you going to tell me the dimensions?" Yeah jackass, I am. He asked how thick I wanted it. I paused and was going to ask for advice. He rudely told me how many different widths there are. Again, yeah I know that jackass. How he stays in business is a mystery. When I picked up the board, I had to call him out on it.

Absolutely terrible service. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Walked in and the man would not even turn his head when speaking with me. He was condescending and ended up yelling at me and telling me, unwarranted, that I am doing everything the wrong way. Will absolutely never go here again.

I could not possibly give a good enough review of Modern Cabinet Company! We ordered, via email and over the phone, a walnut island top....approx 5'x6'. What we received was a work of art! Thank you for the attention to detail and incredible craftsmanship. It is truly appreciated every single day!
