I've been with Metro for years. I particularly have always been a fan of this store. The gentleman that helped me was great. He was friendly and could answer all my questions. I got a new phone and Internet that day.

What a joke of a store they don’t tell you anything up front when your buying the products they only tell u what u want to hear. The managers are rude and disrespectful. Tell you that it’s not there problem u should have read the paper. Ridiculous I’d not recommend T-Mobile to anyone at all
