Had my prescription in 10 minutes, unlike Rite Aid, which takes hours.

Customer service at this story does not exist.Waited in line at the checkout, then waited for the cashier to actually start checking me out. No packers, so every customer is scrambling to pack thier own groceries. Even when the order was fully rung up I finished packing the my groceries alone. Cashier never even asks if you have a Martins Card and when you discover the mistake, and go to the office for a correction... the women there treats you like dirt. They may be understaffed, ( this is still a poor excuse for a bad attitude) but they need to be reminded my grocery bill pays their wage. BE NICE at least! WILL NOT go there again!

Very pleased with martins. Clean well organized. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Being new to the area and store has its challenges maneuvering through the isles, the staff has been very helpful in directing me. Keep up the great work!!!

So disappointed at the online service. Had to return to store for the rest of my order they forgot to put in my trunk. Substitutions unbelievably awful. Won't return. Covid response poor.

Deli forgot to pull the coating on the pepperoni before slicing. Come one this day one stuff. Have you eaten a sandwich with this junk still on. Had to go cut it into bite size pieces. Amateur hour.

Whats up with Martins Foods on Chestnut Ave.? I cant go lower than one star, but I still do shop there on occasion, only because its right on the way home. If you shop there ever, anymore, one has to ask whats going on with this company? Are they failing? I've been in shopping several times in the last month at their store on Chestnut Ave. I have seen that they are out of the same items week after week, no matter what day of the week you go to. I haven't been able to get a can of Tomato Bisque soup for a month now. The shelf for that item is ALWAYS empty. Are they not restocking the shelves or do they just not order enough to accommodate their customers? The lights in many of the shopping aisles are turned off, either on one or both sides, making it difficult to see many of the items on the shelves and impossible to read labels. Are they trying to save electricity, or just too lazy to flip a switch or change a light bulb? The Deli automated computer ordering system and take a number service has been out of order for over a month now. They used to just have hand written out of order signs on all the machines. This week they switched over to printed and laminated out of order signs. Looks like "out of order" is becoming permanent when you get a laminated "out of order" signs on something not repaired for over a month. Now it has become a free-for-all when its crowded to try and get your deli order in. Standing there for 20 to 30 minutes waiting to be served is not my idea of a great shopping experience. You used to be able to place the order on computer and get a text message when it was ready for pickup. That system was great. Are they too lazy to fix it or can't they afford the upkeep? Don't get me wrong, the people that work here are great, polite and always trying to help, and this store used to be a good shopping experience, but ever since the remodeling a while back, where they took an aisle away to put up an eating area that I have never seen anyone ever use yet, they have severely reduced their ability to carry as many products as before. This along with the lack of maintenance that appears to be going on, with nothing getting repaired and certain items becoming impossible to get restocked week after week makes one wonder if the chain is in financial distress or is management just sitting on their a**** Every visit is just a little worse than the last one.

do not shop at martins stores i was just buying orgainic things in martins, like i always do, i spend a lot of money on there organic food. i was checking out and the machine did not work . i asked for help and i got an extremely rude lady who blamed me for it not working. i am some one who buys mostly organic foods , but i will never go there again, i will not be treated like that again . i over heard a manerger say to an employe to get mean with the custamers. because they will listen to you and not complain again. come on , do you want to shop in martins with this attitude? wise and giant egele have better organic foods and they treat you so much better.

Besides the fact that this place is always busy, it's still one of my favorite locations to shop. They have a great selection of produce, a nice cafe with more prepared foods since the beer and wine area were put in, and the aisles are usually pretty well stocked. The store associates are all nice and helpful with any questions you may have. I don't recommend coming here after 2PM on the weekends or you may never get out without a headache.

Very friendly and fast! Always have the medication I need. Only compliant is they cannot order different brands if you are allergic to certain brands.
