I stopped in this morning March 3,2024 and decided to use self checkout cause I didn't have much in my cart but let me tell you the lady running the self checkout was by no means a nice cashier...I have never experienced anyone more rude at any of the Martins or Giant Stores that I have been to than that woman...She truly takes the meaning of B&$#@... If I could rate her she would receive NO stars

Excellent Customer Service and Very Pleasureable shopping experience as always. I did visit the store and did some shopping with my pup mask on, and still was a VERY grreat experience! Love y'all!

They have this robot that constantly watches me to see if I'm stealing.Also it blocks aisles and I can't get through.If you ask me thats a violation.

Horrible robot wondering the aisles instead of paid employee. Many items lining shelves to cover open spaces.

I am sorry to say but I think the pharmacy personnel have really gone down hill over the past months. It takes forever to get a prescription they are all wondering around. The pharmacist comes over to check people out then and it just takes longer for yours to be filled. I felt sorry for the lady in front of me she called in hers four hours earlier and came on her lunch time to pick up only to get there and it wasn't ready! Will change to another martins.

Very nice staff that are happy to help. A smaller pharmacy than the local Giant Eagle, however they are less busy and more personal, which are traits that I appreciate.
