Got an appointment for my daughter through the insurance company concierge. It was cancelled without notice. Was told new patients could not schedule on-line and doctors had to “pre-approve” all new patient before they can be seen. While there I watch receptionist turn another patient away. He asked what he suppose to do and was told she did not know. Not sure about doctors, but office/receptionist treatment of patients is unacceptable.

Completely disenchanted with the appalling customer service of the support staff. I needed help today, and not only was there zero help to be given, there was no empathy nor was there sympathy. If you do not like serving the public, find a new job. When people need medical help, they should not be treated dismissively, as I was treated today.

Dr. Hollsopple is the most incompetent doctor I could ever imagine. In 18 months she forgot what she said and retracted statements 3 times leading to 2 wasted appointments. In the same time frame she also failed to fill each prescription leading to 3 wasted trips to the pharmacy. Today she tried to tell me I was dead wrong because her notes said otherwise. I know on my children's lives she was wrong again but i wont add a paragraph explaining it. The incompetence is utterly astounding. On top of that she yelled at me when I accused her of saying something different the prior visit. I have never been yelled at by a doctor and never thought that day would come.....

Imagine needing a pcp for a thyroid condition
and the life sustaining medication used to treat it. You call Mainline to get in with a physician. They take your information, tell you the doctor must go over said information, will make a decision to take you on as a patient and told they will call you in a few days. A few days go by and no one calls. So you call back and are told it could take a week for the doctor to make a decision. Two weeks go by and you haven't heard back. You call back. You sit on hold for over half an hour, bounce a few times between people telling you "please hold while I transfer you". Finally, after an HOUR of being on hold, you are told the doctor isn't able to take you on as a patient. All this time your TSH levels are skyrocketing because you haven't had your medication in over a month. Ridiculous. I'd give these imbeciles a zero rating if I were able.

I've had nothing but TROUBLE getting my prescriptions on time every month. I take medications that won't allow me even a few days without them in my system before I can literally die, and every month I have problems with them faxing my scripts to the pharmacy.
It's RIDICULOUS how incompetent these people are when getting you're prescription to you on time, and that's not even the worst part!
When I call in to have my script filled they are SO RUDE! They don't even tell you when they put you on hold, it just goes to horrible music out of nowhere and I'm not even done talking.
They sound like they hate their job and anyone who calls them. They never say "have a good day" or "bye" or just anything honestly, they will just hang up on you.
Like WOW! I wasn't even done saying what I wanted to.. or try to tell them have a nice day, everytime I get a smug, "OK" or they just end the call on you!
It's crazy how much decency and patience they lack at they're job. Get a different job if you don't like talking to people, that's all I have to say about that!
I will be switching Doctors because of how horrible this place is. Thanks for ruining my day everytime I have to call in to you people!
Disgusting people work here. Stay far away from this place!! ?

I personally don’t use them as my doctor and never would. A very good friend of mine is very sick, suffering with a bad cough and yellowish mucus. When she called to set up an appointment they wouldn't see her unless she had been tested for Covid. Excuse me that’s why she needs to see a doctor. Even though her symptoms are not Covid but more of an upper repertory infection they refused her. How they treat there patients when they are sick is terrible.

They refused to see my partner, who, 8 YEARS AGO had been a patient there but went somewhere else for a second opinion (on something they misdiagnosed). They are so incredibly unethical, choosing to refuse care for something like that. They should not be in business.

I have a great dr and the nurses are great. The staff that answers call needs improvement though.

Mainline Medical has been my doctor for 25 years. I recently switched to a female PCP. I wad told "I could see anyone in the practice." After two visits with my new PCP, I was informed that they are no longer allowed to schedule me a female physician. They would not provide any further information. As a result, I will be finding a new doctor's office because they have violated my patient rights.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is always very rude and every provider there doesn't seem to care about anything but their paycheck. They all rush in and out of your room barely listening to your problem. And if you do have to go here, make sure you in force all issues in one visit, they do no favors. I went for a kidney stone follow up and also had a cold; the provider said try to let it run its course but if I needed anything to call and he would send an antibiotic in. After being sick 4 weeks I called and was being asked to come back in. All they want is a co- pay from you. They do not care if you are well or being taken care of or taking care of yourself. No patient empathy here whatsoever.

They have you on hold forever. On hold 30 minutes just for someone to put you back on hold for another 30 min and not even help you. Wouldn’t recommend.

I drove an hour to this place with my 4 year old and even though we’re both wearing masks and I’m fully vaccinated, they rudely threw us out as I was checking in. “Do you have anyone who can take her??” the nurse asks, popping up from around a corner. ? Yeah, let me pull a babysitter out of my a** right this second. ?

Had appointment for my 13 yr old daughter. Drive 45 minutes just to tell me I couldn't have my son(6) in the building, even though he had on a mask. I called that morning to double check the appt & never did anyone mention this. I do not have a sitter for my child, my husband works out of town and when I told the horrendous supervisor she yelled across the waiting room “what about grandparents?” They are all dead was my answer & she said well you will have to reschedule anyway. Wait, what? I tried to call and talk to someone and the girl I talked to “didnt know” who I could talk to that was above her. Really? Like the Dr but HORRIBLE and RUDE staff that doesn't care about your situation. If you have a family, I would go elsewhere....
