The work they did was outstanding on my Kia Forte. They just need to be better at Time and letting the customer know what is happening. Other than that i would definitely go back. They are friendly and easy to work with.Services: Painting

Had a scratch and dent on my vehicle. I had to wait to get in, but it was not an issue because I was able tocdrive my vehicle. They handled all the details with the insurance company and worked with the rental company to arrange pick up. Very pleased with their service and my vehicle looks good as new.

Didn't have vehicle completed when initially advised it would be, but did not communicate that. Repairs not complete. Vehicle currently at another shop to fix a problem they were aware of. More lost time withouta vehicle. I used courtesy before for body work, but since it is now apparently Lucianos I won't use them again.Service: Body & Trim

ZERO STARS!!!!Was not going to write a review at all but the more disappointed things I find on my car the more disappointed I get after two full months of not having my car to be fix by this body shop. Brian was a great guy but the overall actual work on my car was not good at all. The paint work has some places that it burn some edges of my car and they forgot to repaint the gas lid as they just sanded. On one side of my car where no work was done at all there are some left marks from tape that doesn't come off. Some parts were put on half way. As the front bumper headlight is not all the way settle in. Really disappointed and awful experience. Btw I'm the book-girl as I know I encounter most of Altoona residents and surrounding areas this past summer. Its just my experience and would not recommend the place.Services: Painting

This was a hassle free very proffessional team was originally schedule mid September for repairs stopped in spoke with Brian Kormanski, told him my situation and he got right to work on scheduling. He said he would try and get me in faster and as it stood he did just that and with his professional team on hand they managed to get my vehicle back to me 3 weeks ahead of schedule. That transpired with many other vehicles being addressed ahead of me . The craftsmanship was excellent his team provides the pride that also is a component of great work . Nice people I highly recommend them . They simply do as they promised America needs this kind of service and dedication on this kind of level these days . Its nice to know there are still skilled professionals out there to go to . This is one of them you won't be disappointed. Thanks for the quick and excellent service. The repairs look good except that the were not adjusted evenly, one headlight shined about 4 feet lower than the other and the one headlight has a brighter bulb than the other.Services: Painting
