They did a very good job on my mustang. Can't even tell it was repainted on the bumper. They put a better part on it that was there before. First experience going to an auto body repair. They didn't disappoint. Would go there again if I ever need anything done.

I went to Luciano's because they were approved by the insurance company. Was told there was a 45 day wait for parts, but I signed all the authorizations I was supposed to get them ordered. Called them after 30 days for an update and they never called me back. Then again after 45 days. After almost two months they called me back and said that they never ordered the parts and now it is a three month wait. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would give no stars if that was allowed.

My 2021 ford expedition got hit on courtesy ford's parking lot. So I had my vehicle stay there to get fixed here it is 3 months after and they still haven't touched it its been the worst customer service every time I call and ask for an update I get told hopefully by the end of the month. Now we are closing in on the end of month 3 and when I call in it will probably be the end of next month mind you this is a $85,000 vehicle that now has been in there parking lot longer than I've owned it and I was never made aware of how badly they over booked them selves original I was told 1 month and again here we are 3 months later and still waiting I would not recommend this body shop to anyone epecially the one at 501 pleasant valley Blvd at coursty ford

Let me start by saying I have no problem with the repair quality. I do however have issues with communication and the speed with which the work was done. One WK was my quote to finish work...nearly 3 wks later we get our car back. Multiple calls to the. Business to ask about progress and the receptionist was rude and clueless.a few items that were discussed to be repaired were ignored and my wife was told they were never discussed. Had to wait on parts and a month later have them iatalled. Once again with mass confusion and delay. I would caution against using this body shop. It appears to be they are too busy to be efficient and don't care one bit about customer service.Services: Painting

The work is great. Communication, however, not so much. Was told my car would be done on a Monday (1 week after being in shop). I called Monday and was told Wednesday. I called Thursday and was then told Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I got my car back that Thursday of that following week. I understand things happen and more damage is found, but I was not called and kept up to date on when it would be done. I had to call them. Again, satisfied with the work done but communication is important as well. Especially because I was down a car for a over 2 weeks.Services: Painting
