I have never had a bad experience at Kranichs. I mostly deal with Mike but on occasion with Tim. They treat you like you're part of the family. They do their very best to bring you what you want and if you have a problem, they take immediate action to solve the problem.

Kranichs has been my go to jeweler for many years. This past Saturday they exceeded my expectations!
I went there to get my earrings and engagement ring cleaned for my wedding the next day. That morning I had noticed I lost a stone on my ring. When I went in for the cleaning I asked the associate about possibly getting a new stone after the wedding. (unfortunately I don’t remember her name :( but she was the sweetest lady!) She informed me that she would ask about ordering a stone in but it would probably take 2 weeks to get the ring back but would definitely talk to the jeweler about it. She took the jewelry back for the cleaning and when she came back out with them she informed me they had had a wedding gift and that he had replaced the stone for me! I was so over joyed, even started tearing up, because even though I could deal with missing a stone during the wedding and pictures, I was pretty upset with the timing obviously, they had gone above and beyond just to make my day less stressful. Their customer service is excellent!

As always, Mike was very helpful and pleasant. I can’t say enough Wonderful things about the service at Kranich’s that I have received over my many years as a patron. I broke the chain to my eternity pendant that morning, and visited the store and was immediately greeted and an order was put in to repair my chain. No questions asked and the repair will be for free. I always purchase the extended warranty. Just because I know, at some point I’m going to break something.

5/5 stars. Bonnie was great yesterday but had to exchange today because I got the wrong earrings for my wife. Came back today and Tim sold me the new ones. It’s always an excellent experience with this crew!
