Stopped into JustJak's to buy a little something special for our dogs. We've never been there before but took the opportunity when we were close by. The owners were friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. After we bought some special looking homemade treats, they offered some great advice and product suggestions for my daughter's dog that I brought up during our check out conversation. We will definitely be back to JustJak's!

Me and my mother went to this place ONCE, we decided to give a try before going to another pet store located in the area called Poochey Chef (this name will be important later). When we went in, we were met with a snotty entitled woman behind the counter, and the people she was talking to, who was equally snotty and entitled. She looked at us, gave me a dirty look (I was wearing a tank top and shorts as it was 90 degrees the time we went) and said "can I help you" in the rudess voice possible. We told her no we were just looking, and she looked at my 1 year old son, and said "do not let him wander around, we have breakable things here" I Just ignored it, as I was holding him and had no intention of letting a 1 year old wander a store alone. I was going to buy calming treats for my dog, but when I tried buying it, she said that I apparently needed a prescription for them. When I asked why she took the bag and put it behind the counter and crossed her arms as if i was stealing the bag. I didn't say anything and took my family and left. I haven't been back since. Besides the rude encounter i had with the person behind the counter, their prices are outrageous, even more expensive than PetCo. They also ripped off Poochey Chef, another local family owned pet store, and one that has been in business WAY longer than JustJak's. They stole the bags that Poochey chef uses for their treats, and they literally copied how Poochey Chef's baked dog treats look. I will put a picture of both in the comments and let yall decide. Its also weird because two years ago, Poochey Chef had to come out and say that they are no longer allowing cameras and recording of product because people were taking pictures of her product and acting shady. have a feeling it was this place doing it. They also have copied the type of bandana's Poochey Chef uses. Also find it SUPER IRONIC that yall moved across the street from their new location lmao, if youre going to have your own pet shop, MAKE YOUR OWN SHIT! DON'T COPY OTHER STORES IDEAS! Do not shop here unless you are a friend of this person!!!!

Do not order anything from this store through Amazon. It's a scam. They don't even ship your items but claim they have. Amazon is deleting the one star reviews left because they must purchase shipping thru Amazon. Do not use this store

Got a harness for my puppy and it fell apart. I do not recommend shopping there. It was very poorly made and they would not exchange it I only got 1week ago they said it was chewed. How when it on dogs back? Will never return!

My 2 mini Australian shepherd loves here. We are from state college but we drive there to get raw food once a month. Reasonable price and nice atmosphere. And they always have discount. A great store for pet parents who choose raw diet.
