Went there for state inspection, oil change, and new windshield wipers. Sat there for 3 hours and paid $184. Charge me $50 for windshield wipers when they were advertised as $10 online. They tried to charge me $1,100 for new brakes and rotors, but when you look up parts they only cost $400-$600 for all four tires. Tried to say my upper and lower oil pan was leaking which I still haven’t noticed any kind of leakage. Ordering parts myself and taking my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion and to get the work done. Also noticed front bumper slightly coming off after my appointment, not sure if it was them or what but it didn’t look like that prior to my appointment. Overall pretty terrible and annoying experience and I recommend anyone question them before doing anything and not getting work done there unless it’s covered under a warranty. I won’t be returning to them for any kind of service.

My husband and I recently purchased a car at Stuckey GMC. We highly recommend Sales Professional, Eric Black and Finance Manager, Brady Gehret. Both went above and beyond, from having the car we were interested in transferred to the local dealership for us to test drive to doing additional detail work we requested . They were very responsive to our questions and provided excellent customer service! We would certainly work with them for our next vehicle purchase!

Original purchase went well.
Update on this purchase. The truck has failed at 6200 miles. Transmission valve body is bad and there is no ETA on when replacement will arrive. I was asked about doing a trade deal so I could still have a vehicle but when looking over the deal it seemed like I was the one getting screwed. The dealership would have picked up another sale for the month, and I would have to pay some extra costs that I already paid for in the original deal, due to a Gm product failure issue. Now I am the one being inconvenienced by this whole issue with the way it looks right now no end in sight.
