The manager in this particular store is extremely rude. I can’t believe someone like her is in management. I’ve had several encounters with her all of which have been extreme rudeness. Come on DG look into this!!! I will not shop here again and I urge others to go elsewhere also. Many other DGS with exceptionally nice managers!! Just not this store!!

Store shelf’s are EMPTY boxes of products everywhere. When trying to ask for help manager has a terrible attitude rolling her eyes talking under her breath! Will NEVER GO BACK TI THIS LOCATION!

This store is terribly disorganized amd not very neat. It looks like items are just thrown on the shelves. Its really messy. Clerks are very friendly though.

My only regret is in order to rate them I have to give them one star. Went to buy a pan and all the prices are marked wrong. Horrible customer service. Prices are marked wrong and they blame everyone but themselves. Assistant Manager should be fired. Blames everything on corporate. Say it’s not the stores fault. Says every dollar store is the same way. B.S. I travel all over this country and I know this is not true. Told me if I didn’t like it to take my business elsewhere. This is how we now treat our customers. She needs to be fired. Poor work ethic. I did take my business down to the store in Tyrone. Guess what. Prices are marked correctly.

This place is the absolute messiest store I have ever seen. It's on the outskirts of Altoona being said there is nothing hardly put away there is stuff on the floors on top of the aisles mismatched shirts pants underwear every aisle you go into is a complete mess there were three people working one guy was being trained and there were two other people there not one of them left behind the counter the whole time I understand you have to bring people up but there wasn't people in line the whole 45 minutes I was there they don't do anything. Altoona stores have a lot more volume than what this place does and they don't look like that. This says to me something's going on with the management training employees.That's not a good look for Dollar general the store terrible looking. The building it's fairly new but no one cares to put anything away. There's no reason for the mess. All the other Dollar Generals I think they're great just not this one, right now.

A store reset was under way. I only needed a snack for a drive I was making. An extremely helpful and kind... new employee... with her natural kindness struck up a conversation and in no time knew exactly what I needed and took me directly to it. I've made my life career in customer service and I'm telling you... this girl HAS IT! What a nice change... someone that WANTS to help the customer... because they genuinely care! Best wishes young lady!
