When busy, they have good customer service, however, they leave out CRITICAL information. This service center did not tell me my car failed inspection. I was halfway home before realizing they did not put a new sticker on my car. I turned back around to talk to them. They told me it failed because I had a “hole in my flooring of my car.” I was sent on a scavenger hunt looking for a proper welder/body shop to fix this apparent “hole” that they did not even show me before leaving their shop. I went to a body repair mechanic who repaired some curb damage I had, but he insisted there was NO HOLE. I should SUE this place for FRAUD and for causing me to have unnecessary cosmetic work done to my vehicle. I will never be coming back to this place, and neither should you.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Dean Patterson Hyundai always treats me right. The staff is pleasant & courteous. Totally up front about everything. Even though we all gripe about how expensive things are, I know they are doing the best job possible to make sure we keep our vehicles road safe for travel. Avoid this place. Call me to tell me a car is available run my credit just to tell me they sold it to someone else. Stay away from this place.
