It's not Dean Patterson anymore. It's BLAISE OF ALEXANDER. We got there and first thing they did was wanted a copy of our driver's license. Never had that happen before. Told them we were there to look for a car that was advertised only it was at their Bloomfield office. If they brought it up they couldn't come down on the price because they would have to buy it from their other lot. ??
We sat for 15 minutes while the woman went and asked her boss a question. Long story short we told them a price range we were looking for. They showed us 1 car. Didn't seem like they were to excited to sell us a car.
We went down the road to Courtesy Nissan and bought one.

When busy, they have good customer service, however, they leave out CRITICAL information. This service center did not tell me my car failed inspection. I was halfway home before realizing they did not put a new sticker on my car. I turned back around to talk to them. They told me it failed because I had a “hole in my flooring of my car.” I was sent on a scavenger hunt looking for a proper welder/body shop to fix this apparent “hole” that they did not even show me before leaving their shop. I went to a body repair mechanic who repaired some curb damage I had, but he insisted there was NO HOLE. I should SUE this place for FRAUD and for causing me to have unnecessary cosmetic work done to my vehicle. I will never be coming back to this place, and neither should you.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Dean Patterson Hyundai always treats me right. The staff is pleasant & courteous. Totally up front about everything. Even though we all gripe about how expensive things are, I know they are doing the best job possible to make sure we keep our vehicles road safe for travel.
