Not enough workers. Register personnel is also working stocking shelved. They do not know when customers are at checkout.

I don't wish to stand in long line, & do not wish to utter name & date of birth in front of the crowd. Even when some refill is ready I don't get notice. The pharmacy location is in very difficult place to get in & out.
