By far the best dealership I've worked with bought my truck from them with only power train warranty they replaced my radio for free due to the screen going bad. Now my truck is in for more work they give you loaner car without questions and call you to update with where they are with the vehicle. Way better service than I had in state college.

Only if negative stars were available you all would deserve it this place is disgusting the way they treat people there lieing sales men there events are a waste of time and space the only reason they have these big joke of a event is to drag people in when if they had a decent dealership and weren't lieing scum bags they wouldn't need to do that to begin with

Wow. This place has 100% gone to the dogs. I'll NEVER go back. I've had 2 dodges that I've taken there from 2006-2023 for basic maintenance and some repairs. I never had a problem and would even recommend them. The last time I was there for an oil change it was up to $75. Which is high (for a basic car) but, OK. Whatever. I just left there. I only got a basic oil change. $115. Yes. One HUNDRED and fifteen dollars. For an oil change. I understand business, inflation, I get it. I do. But that is highway robbery. Especially because they did not tell me the price before they did it. When I checked out I saw it on a sign on the counter, but when I checked in it was at the other counter with NO visible signage. Thank goodness I didn't ask them to rotate the tires, I probably would've had to go to the bank for a loan if I had! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your vehicles. This place is a joke.

We took our 2019 Jeep Wrangler to Courtesy because we were having issues with our battery. Our service consultant was great about letting us know what progress they were making with figuring out the issue. When it turned out to be our battery that should have been covered by AAA since they had installed it about 6 months ago, Courtesy stepped up to the plate and helped us out even though they didn't have to. Won't hesitate to go back to Courtesy again.

My manufacturer warranty expired and the repair would’ve had to be paid out of pocket but they did it free of charge, they advisor I had he was very nice and because of all this I will definitely be going back there from now on.

My husband and I recently found ourselves needing to buy a new car. We browsed their website and picked a few to ask questions about. We got there at 10am Saturday and by 12pm left with our new car. Very easy process and very kind people.

Serivice department is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!We live in Florida and on a recent trip to altoona my wife broke down in her jeep had it towed to courtesy jeep and from the time she got there until she left they gave her exceptional service. I would like to thank JESSICA her service adjuster for helping her along the way. we could not ask for anything better than what they did for my wife if i could i would give jessica a 20 star ⭐️ review she is an amazing employee and a person that understands her customers needs and im sure an asset to the company. thank you courtesy jeep for taking care of us

Husband and I were just browsing and we came across this 2022 Jeep Compass. I immediately fell in love with, test drove it and was hooked. Our salesman, Brad Mazzocco, was kind, knowledgeable and had an approval within the hour. I am over the moon happy and if you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Brad! Had my 2022 Jeep Gladiator in for an Engine light on. Michelle in service answered my call and was friendly and professional! Scheduled me in asap. I dropped my truck off and the technician Craig repaired my concern that day. These two people & the dealership as a whole exceeded expectations in every way. They now will have all my service & vehicle purchases from now on. These employees should be commended by the dealership owners. So hard to find people like this these days!

To be honest, I am not impressed at all. I called service to get a new key for my 2012 Ram. I was told I needed to call parts first to get the key. Parts told me they had 3 in stock. I was quoted 200 for key and 60 for programming. I called service back and told them. When I go in for my appointment they have no keys. I am them told they will order my a key at a discount and no charge for labor. No one called me to let me know it was in. I called back and found out it wS in and set an appointment. I get key programmed, and even though they say I got the discount and no labor on programming, my total was still 268.00. I will not be coming back for service or even to buy a new vehicle because there is no communication between departments, and I can't trust you.

I received a text from Brad M. asking whether I was interested in trading my wife's van (which was scheduled for service later in the week). I told him that I wasn't interested in trading the van, but was interested in trading my suv for a truck. He had a great, non-pressure sales approach and took the time to answer my questions about the dealership's RAM inventory. I bought my new truck the next day, and I am very happy with the experience.

This place can't even be bothered to call a customer about their own vehicle. They've had our Jeep ALL DAY and can't be bothered to call at the end of the day to let us know if it's ready or going to be there all weekend - which means we don't have a vehicle to go to work with on Monday.
