Today is the best day, ever!! I visited the shop on Fri but unfortunately they didn't have any vehicles in my budget. Tyler said he would be in contact if something came in. WELP, got the call today and I drove off the lot with a 2025 Hyundai Elantra in my budget! Plus, 3 yrs of free maintenance and life time of Oil changes! Tyler and the team at Blaise really went above and beyond my expectations!!

Most wonderful experience. Wasn't pressured. Matt listened to what I was looking for and price range. A new trade-in came in while I was there and was shown it. I took it for test drive and loved it. Smooth transaction. Most pleasant and easiest car buying I ever had.

First of all Taylor, at the front desk, is very nice and accommodating. I feel bad for her for the fact she has to catch all the fire from dissatisfied customers due to the lack of effort, communication and quality that the service techs display. I recently had an oil change and tire rotation, that I paid for, and discovered my tires were not rotated..... AGAIN!! The first time this happened was my first oil change and tire rotation back in June or July. Granted this one was free and it took a few weeks for me to realize the tire rotation wasn't done. I figured this out while I was hand washing my car and noticed the rock damage on rear rims were still on rear of vehicle. Being this vehicle is almost brand new you can tell the front weren't as pinged up from ricks as the rear. I chose not to complain being it was free and I don't want to be a nagging customer. But this time I had a repair done to my passenger rear rim due to curb rash. After I was told it was done I went out and discovered the rim was still on the rear passenger placement. The excuse after was I didn't have a lug lock tool for the to do it. Well ... I did!! In the glove box, which I had to pull out for them. WHY WASN'T THIS COMMUNICATED TO ME THE FIRST TIME!!???????? If I would have trusted it was done, I would have been charged for work that wasn't done. That's theft!! After all this they did, finally, rotate my tires. So that's a positive. But I question the fact if my oil was actually changed now as well. I have parts that need replaced still, so I have to come back for that, because they're already ordered and painted or still getting painted??.. I'm hoping this issue gets fully addressed and taken care of promptly. But I'm considering after this, not returning to Blaise Service for future service needs. Sorry for the negative feedback but I believe it's justified due to broken trust. I thank you for your time.

Had a great experience with salesman Matt Lehman!! He made sure I got what I needed for my trade and a payment I was comfortable with. He kept working to get me into a the vehicle I wanted and searched every possible discount and possibly there was to make sure I was satisfied. If you're looking go see Matt, he will take care of you like you are family!!!

BEWARE: the service department will charge for work that is NOT done. Going there to get a tire rotation? Mark your tires to make sure they actually get rotated. Twice now they pretended to rotate them. We got charged for the service and it wasn't done. When called out for it they made up a lame excuse that was immediately invalidated. The service technicians are lazy and absolutely cannot be trusted.

Discussed online to sell my car and was told to bring it in. I had a man standing outside my car before I could even get out. Never introduced himself. Didn’t ask for my name. Then someone came over to evaluate my car and again didn’t introduce himself, and was generally very unpleasant. Not wanting the car is fine, but the general disrespect from the staff is something I’ve never seen at a dealership. Recommend somewhere else, as these people will not treat you right

Tyler Gibbons was AMAZING to work with! From the moment we walked in to when we were signing the final line of paperwork, he was personable, funny, and knowledgeable! He felt like family and because of that we will be back! Thanks again Tyler!

Went for an oil change and an inspection on my equinox. And while I was waiting Mr. Sherry introduced himself to me and we discussed about several cars; so I asked if they had a Chevy Trax which I thought was called a Crossover. Long story short I bought a new Trax.
