The units are very nice, clean and reasonably priced. Ritchie, the owner, is an honest, considerate, and trustworthy man and is wonderful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend his storage facilities to anyone needing one. He will be the first person I call if I am ever in need of one again. It has been a pleasure doing business with him.

This is the best storage facility in Central PA. The prices are very reasonable and the facility provides exactly what's advertised. The owner is honest, friendly, and accommodating.

The gentleman who runs this business was very pleasant. We had an emergency situation and needed a storage unit ASAP. I started calling around on a Saturday night and most businesses don't answer the phone because they are not open. By the time I got to Best Rate Rentals on the list, it was after 7pm. R J was so great. He drove all the way in town from East Freedom at 9:30 in the evening just to accommodate me. He was very easy to talk to and understood that sometimes things happen unexpectedly. I don't know if he does that all the time but he sure was a life saver that night. The price and size of his unit was fantastic. The location is easily accessible and well lit. So glad I met him!! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of storage.
