“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in for help and a replacement part. I needed an oven ignition for a gas stove. I bought a cheap one on Amazon and it failed within three months of use. Came in and got a quality replacement — and it was even modestly adjusted to identically replace the old one. A good visit. I’ll be back.”

“This site has a ton of potential. I am always fascinated by the magnitude of the inventory! Things are well organized, and displays allow you to read-and-learn on just about any subject. It's very clean and well kept. If they had more people with smiles and service oriented personalities, it would be a review with 5 stars. It's just a stretch for some of the "Geeks" to complete the "Total Package" loop. It was not a "Fail" visit, and I did get help. This young Gen has so much trouble with eye contact and concern for others. If you get into the cattle chutes and just wait, it'll probably work out for you. It can be a test of patience in this world when you drive 1-1/2 hours one way to get a lot done at many places and.... well.... you know what I'm saying. I do love the store! It's very impressive! It's sooooo close to a 5....”

“Shopping for furniture can be the worst experience ever and I was dreading having to do this.....until I stepped foot inside American Freight. Immediately we were greeted by a salesguy named Brady, who had the most chill vibe ever. He happily explained how their pricing worked, how we could apply for financing if we chose, and then he LEFT US ALONE! That's right! We were able to walk around and look at furniture without someone breathing down our necks!! It was such a relaxed and enjoyable experience! When we did have a question, Brady was right there to answer but was never pushy. As we made our purchase, he explained our options of delivery or pick up and made sure to get all of our information so he could call us when ready. One week later and sure enough Brady called as he promised he would! Our furniture was ready and is now in our home. Quick. Easy. PERFECT!! We will absolutely return and buy more at this store. Prices were so reasonable and Brady treated us as if we were his own family members. It was remarkable! Thanks again, Brady! You are amazing!!”
