“It's okay I'm usually quiet Inside my place The only problems that I have Like the hallways To each apartment door are not cleaned Like they're supposed to And sometimes when I asked For certain things to get fixed I have to ask them again and again Plus certain people don't really clean up after their pets Like smelling cat or dogs barking But if I don't have those issues The rating would be better.”

“I think Nittany Pointe is the best housing option if you’re going to Penn State Altoona. Their apartments include all the needed appliances making it easy for everyday chores. Their staff is very nice and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. What I find best is the amount of space you have. You get your own room while also having a large area to hangout with your roommates and friends. I’ve enjoyed staying at Nittany Pointe and would suggest it to anyone.”
