Caleb was the best salesman I have ever worked with in 45 years of buying vehicles. He worked hard to get the deal I said I wanted. He then took extra time to ensure our understanding of each feature of our new car, and setting up the app for my wife's phone.

We purchased our new KIA Sportage today from this wonderful dealership. Our sales professional, Caleb Criste was knowledgeable about every feature of our car, and took the time to explain them all to me. He was very friendly and his willingness to help us was very apparent. JT and Stacy were also very wonderful to work with. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers and I highly recommend them.

This is a 3 part review, and I’ve put thought into my response… 1st, I do have to say I enjoyed the sales experience I had with Brendan bc he was very polite, didn’t give off a sense of pressure to buy, and just overall a pleasant salesman to deal with. 2nd, I do have to mention that I’ve had bad experiences with the service department… I’m still working through an issue with them at the moment about them telling me there’s an issue with my engine and did NOT tell me it’s a known issue covered by an extended warranty INITIATED BY KIA(kia extended the factory warranty bc of known engine issue). Google reviews are littered with similar stories and where there is smoke there is usually fire. 3rd, I don’t like the idea of ppl trying to coerce specific reviews… I’m different from most so I’m leaving an honest review, but I can’t help to notice that a positive review was being requested from me rather than “my own honest review” and I don’t think that is a proper approach. I do love my vehicle so far, my sales experience was a positive one, but the service department is current very suspect… in fact I was just down there last week to request my service records and they told me “their system was hacked and they could not produce the records AND there is no timetable for when the records would be restored… TRUE STORY.

Just purchased my second Kia from Branden Kelly at Courtesy Kia in Altoona. He was a great salesperson by far the best I have ever had. He explained everything about the car. Was very patient and was not pushy at all. He was just Awesome. Kia is lucky to have him.

I had the experience of working with Dalton Price at Altoona Courtesy Kia and he was the best salesman I’ve had. He wasn’t pushy about getting a car, he took his time with me on choosing. I will hands down recommend him to any family member, friend, or even a stranger off the street. He was so patient, kind and went over everything to the point I didn’t have to ask a question. He worked with us to get the best deal and dealing with all the paperwork / insurance. If you ever need a car go see Dalton you won’t be disappointed.

Just purchased our third vehicle on Friday from Courtesy Kia. Dalton Price is a fantastic salesman to work with. He is kind, respectful, listens to what you are looking for and does all he can to get you the car you want. We have been thrilled with the Kia Sportage we just purchased. We gave him the parameters of what we wanted. A car which had more bells and whistles than our Sorento but for a lower monthly payment. He totally came through and in a beautiful Dawning Red. Seriously, ask to work with Dalton. You won’t be sorry. Oh and the rest if everyone has been great too. ?
