This business very disappointed. I walked in was racially profiled! It was this past May on a Saturday spoke to a woman and spoke to her about wanting to make an appointment for my daughter to receive a haircut and proceeded to explain and showed her a picture and her response after all that was I'm sorry we are booked till the end of July. Very unprofessional when she immediately said that in a very dismissive way and never even bothered at all to say but I will gladly take your name and number in case we have any cancelations . This obviously did not sit well with me at all. I thought about and had someone I know call the business she left a message about needing to get her hair colored and cut and they returned her call and tried booking her an appointment like in the next few days in that week. Interesting!I'm sure she remembers who she was. Just plain unprofessional!

I want to say Maggie is one of the best salon owners I have experienced in my years of going to salons.. She is first and foremost a person who truly cares about her customers satisfaction. She will go above and beyond to make you satisfied and she is quite qualified in her many fields of salon pampering.I always come out of her salon feeling as if I have been totally taken care of by her abilities to perform what I am looking to have done.If you want to feel and look beautiful Maggie is your women. Thank you Maggie,you just continue to impress me with how you are always learning more to fit your customers needs, constantly learning the latest in the field. Thank you!

Although Maggie, the owner, is good at what she does she doesn't back up her products. My last time there I again insisted I didn't want red showing up a week later in my hair color. We decided to go with something with more of an ash tone. It didn't cover my grays. When I called to speak to her about it suddenly it was my fault. I was using the wrong shampoo-although it was the same I'd been using after prior hair color treatments. I shampoo'd too often. I mean if once is too much then Ok I guess??? I asked that she call me the next day as she was busy to reschedule an appointment for me. I never heard from her again. I don't/won't/can't do business there again under these circumstances. I was a huge tipper too. Didn't buy me one ounce of consideration.
