I left my car for service, was recommended by insurance company. The service took over 3 weeks, and in that time, my purse was stolen out of the center console of my car. There were also at least 500$ of gift cards, also stolen. Furthermore, my bumper was not fixed properly, and when asked to take a look at the trunk sticking, they said they did, however, it was not repaired.

the thing is that you said that you replaced this part, and took money for this work and the part, in fact I asked your employee, did you replace it, to which he answered yes, and it is dirt, your employee took a rag and tried to wipe these scratches, I say that you did not replace it, and I have a photo before and after, they are the same, that is, you did not replace this spare part, I repeat once again, your employee assured me that the spare part was replaced, but then he admitted that this spare part was not replaced, and offered me to come in a week, and how can you call it? if I had not noticed it? you would then have said that it was a new scratch and you replaced everything.

I give 1 star because you took the money and did not replace the part, did not release the Tesla to me 3 weeks after the repair, because you replaced the parts without agreement with the insurance company, because of you I lost time and plans for work and leisure, You can also see the poor quality of the paint, you did not finish painting the edge of the wing, this is fraud.
I advise you to bypass this service, I will sue
since initially you said that you replaced this plastic, they took money for it, then they realized that you didn’t change it, and they said that you would call me in a week, 10 days have passed, no call

We took our Tesla to this shop to have our bumper and taillight fixed after we were hit while parked in a parking lot. We came to pick up our car only to discover they fixed the bumper but reinstalled the damaged taillight and put a hole in one of our brand new tires. When approached about the taillight and tire, they made an excuse about the taillight and blamed the tire on Tesla.

I had an insurance claim from my car getting hit. This place is amazing,l. They were friendly and kept me in the loop along the way through text or call. Besides the hang up with an insurance payment (which was out of their hands) everything was fast and flawless. My car looked amazing inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job with a friendly and knowledgeable staff!

These people commit insurance fraud! Gina "melted" my car door , trying to get paint off that was left after they had my car for 3 months!! She told me she used her nails to get it off, after i had to bring my car back to be repainted !! She texted me and told me she melted my door and she went ahead and ordered another part. I thanked her for her honesty, 16 months later, i had to call her to see if it came in yet!!! When she didn't answer me, i screenshot the message she sent saying she melted my door , she then answered right away!!! She said "let me see if i can find it". This is when i got mad, 2 weeks later she texted me a pic of the product in a shipping box, and said "found it". NOTE TO GINA, I COULD SEE THE DATE ON THE BOX , she just ordered it!!! After i went and she put it on, i was n notified by my insurance that they had just paid Mascari auto $279. She built my insurance for her mistake that my friends is insurance fraud not to mention that when I picked up my car,IT WAS PAINTED TWO DIFFERENT COLORS!! HALF BABY BLUE HALF SILVER!!!! Don't forget they also missed a huge thing and luckily I didn't kill anybody by accident driving this car. They have people there that have no idea what they're doing and the owners don't know what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and do not use this place ! then about a year later, my rear tire fell off my car!! of course my insurance made me take it back there were they refuse to touch it blamed it on me! There's no possible way that I could've did this to my car. It was a direct result of the accident which they missed. Luckily, I did not hurt anybody due to their mistakes, but they did hold my car for ransom until they got paid $479, since my insurance company stopped payment the first time due to Gena's mistake she then add on a fee to the original $279. Look, it's very simple, take your car somewhere else do yourself a favor! They are unscrupulous, poor and what they do and they do horrible work, I have been paying the price ever since they touched my car. I wish I could give them a -5 points .

Quality of the repairs was good for my Tesla. Looks like new. However it took too long for the repairs to be done even after parts were available. Communications from the shop could have been better. No timely response to emails/calls- just generic texts about "repairs being done". They are closed on Friday/weekend and it's hard to schedule even pick up on a working day when there is little communication. I would recommend them if you want to leave your vehicle and forget it for few weeks
