***RENTER BEWARE!!!***I called before moving out of state and was told I only had a couple of payments left so I could go ahead and keep the instrument. Fast-forward a year and I realize they are still charging me a monthly rental fee. I called to clear it up and was told this monthly rental fee goes on for forever. I can have it as a credit towards a new instrument, but my child no longer plays (plus we live 15 hours away). I still have the $200 bell kit which I have paid nearly $700 toward at this point. I am told I will need to continue paying for eternity or alternatively I can spend a small fortune to ship it back to them. These are my only options. This is a perfect example of profit over customer service and complete unwillingness to work with your customer. I’m amazed they can’t just allow me to keep this three year old Bell kit for the nearly $700 I’ve invested. But apparently I need to fly to Pennsylvania to pick out a new instrument or spend a fortune shipping this back otherwise I can count on spending $20 a month for the rest of my life. Horrible experience and frustrating that they don’t stand by what they told me a year ago!

Johnston’s goes above and beyond! My son played flute for 2 years and I was sad he no longer wanted to continue. They answered every email and was at our school weekly to check in. Highly recommend! ☺️

I just started renting an oboe for my child from Jonstonbaugh's. They've been wonderfully responsive, returning phone calls promptly and offering school drop off for the instrument and supplies. I look forward to continuing to work with them. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. never returns calls. they COMPLETLY failed to mention that they run a credit check in order to get an instrument, just told me "fikl out the paperwork and in 2 or 3 days one should be available and we will give you a call"the email they send says you will receive a confirmation email when it's processed .they never sent an email. and I had to find out a week later after calling 3 times and getting no call back- that I was denied credit and have to start from square one ELSEWHERE.

Great experience with repair of my old mellophone. The tech. cleaned (even the mouthpiece!) and fixed a sticky valve super quickly- reasonably priced, too. Thanks!

The staff so helpful and knowledgeable.. you don’t get the feeling they are trying to sell you something when you’re asking for help. They go out of their way to assist you! Would recommend to all family and friends!

The piano teacher, Mr. Kulik is the best. Also the store personnel are very kind and knowledgeable.

Great local music store. They rent instruments and sell them too. They also give lessons for many different instruments. They have a few Yamaha acoustic guitars in stock. Friendly staff too.

Great quality repair work on a clarinet. There is a 5 days quarantine holding period before the instrument can be examined for an estimate, and they advise you to do the same after getting it back. Curbside dropoff and pickup are available - just call them once you are in the carpark, and they can meet you at the sidewalk in front. Highly recommend their repairs.
