Promptly greeted. Salesman showed me quite a few helmets & explained the features. Helped with correct sizing. Another sales person assisted with searching for the correct helmet, & having it delivered to the store. Overall, very satisfied.

We are not spring chickens but I just got a pretty big, powerful scooter to ride to work. Rush hours, busses, trains...I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. So, we stopped by Cycle Gear on a whim. We talked about my situation and were schooled on safety from head to toe. He showed us where everything was in the store and let me try on and roam until I made up my mind. He didn't ignore us, kept himself in eye shot, and answered any questions I came up with. I left with a 5 star helmet, a jacket that was on sale (yay), and a pair of safety gloves. I have boots so I was OK there. I really wanted the off white ICON womens jacket but didn't have a medium. That's OK, because the jacket I ended up with was on sale and saved me over $120 compared to the ICON.
SO, I don't care if you are suiting up for motorcycling, scooting, or skating, they will streamline everything for you without spending a fortune. BTW; I still need pants! Thanks for KEEPING ME SAFE!!

Brought my scooter's wheel and new tire in to be changed. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. I'll definitely be back when I'm up for my next tire change!
Adding to my review: my scooter's other wheel needed a new tire. This time I bought from Cycle Gear. New tire mounted and stems changed for 37 bucks. Well worth it!
Thanks for the quick and courteous service. I only wish I didn't live so far from your location!

Great shop with helpful staff. Had them swap out my tires twice now and they got it done quick and easy.
