“Had a great experience renting from this location. I booked online and had to book an extra day because the website said no after hours drop off. When I picked my vehicle up on the morning of my rental the manager, Cam, spoke with me about this and said that he would credit the extra day for me upon my early return. He stuck to his word and I am very grateful for that. I would absolutely rent from here again. Very friendly staff all around. They even spent a little extra time cleaning the vehicle more on the day of pickup and the vehicle itself was a great ride and super good on gas mileage.”

“Avis downtown was my overall best experience in renting a car. Literally, it took 5 minutes to pick up car and easy to return. They do not pick you up or drop you off anywhere due to low staff but make the process easy. After hours drop off is available. I could not directly reach them but able to reach an operator through the 800#. Also I only paid 324$ for a Toyota Corolla for the week and in comparison to other companies they were the best deal. I would definitely recommend over other car rental companies.”

DO NOT PLAN A LONG TRIP UNLESS YOU PLAN STOPPONG PLACES FOR AWHILE.. I was out in a field in Erie Pa charging with no one around. Left without a full charge because it was getting dark.”

“The people working the counter at this location (Hilton - Lake Buena Vista) were outstanding and helpful. I am always skeptical in high volume locations when I rent a car. I am worried about being charged for any scratches, dents, etc from previous renters. I was pleasantly surprised when the SUV they offered me was new as if it had come off the assembly line. We ended up taking more people and needed more room for luggage. The price for the upgrade was more than reasonable. It’s convenient and the service is excellent.”
