He was extremely polite, personable and professional. He educated me on way more than I could imagine about the replacement process and some other extremely useful advice. “I went there to get an estimate on work needed for my front bumper. Estimate for paint job around $800. It was recommended it could be buffed out, maybe a little distorted when done for around $160. Of course I did not care, if it was distorted. I was told if I had a half hour they would do it while I wait. Within 15 minutes it was done. Charge for the outstanding service $0. Unbelievable, I'm still speechless.”
