“Straight forward guys! Took my car for inspection and emissions- got warned my exhausted was fairly rusted out and had little life left- but still passable for inspection. A week later my exhaust quite literally snapped in half due to the rust. I had my car towed there on a Monday and they had the parts ready, installed it, and was ready to go Tuesday afternoon. With parts and labor it was just under $1500. Truly great guys.”

“I was driving along William Flynn Highway the morning of 6/11/25 and hit a pothole and completely blew up my tire on my way to work. I ended up parking in front of NAPA without even thinking about it and had put in a request for roadside assistance which was going to take up to 65 minutes. Definitely not the most ideal way to start a work day, and I was feeling extremely down. I ended up crying in my car for a good 10 minutes. An employee named Collin had pulled in for his work shift and immediately offered to help. He was so personable and uplifting and kept reassuring me that it could’ve been a lot worse. This one interaction had completely turned my day around. I cannot express how grateful I was to be parked out front NAPA and to have Collin there to help. It is so nice knowing that there are genuinely good people in this world. Thank

“I had a weird glitch with my car. Arriving there with my windows stuck open, the techs moved my car inside and got right to work. They had to keep it over night but the best day called me several times giving me play by play updates so that I was aware of what was going on. Overall everyone was kind and very helpful which was great in way was a stressful and confusing car issue.”
