I went to Zaveri with my mom and grandmother to get “zapped” and we had the best experience!! Everyone in the shop was super friendly and helpful and our permanent bracelets came out great. Would highly recommend stopping by!

Walked in with a horribly bent engagement ring, which was not purchased at Zaveri Designs. I was immediately greeted and had my ring reshaped, buffed and polished within 10 minutes of my arrival. I would recommend this beautiful store/design studio to anyone looking for quality jewelry or quality jewelry repair.

I brought jewelry to Harsh for an informal appraisal. He was happy to help me, took his time with each piece and explained his assessments. I appreciated the time and courtesy he put into helping me. Also, the store is so pleasant to browse through, very clean, lovely music and it even smells nice.

Very happy with the customer service I received at Zaveri. I contacted them & they responded to me quickly and gave me an estimate on a resizing of my engagement ring. Most jewelers will not give an estimate without seeing it firsthand. He also told me he would have it complete within a few days even though he was away for a few days when I dropped it off with his wife at their store. I tried on multiple sizes because I thought I knew my ring size, but apparently I didn’t. Both were very polite throughout the process and he did have it complete within a few days. I may be coming back very soon however because my ring still is a little too big for my liking.

This is a long overdue review. Zaveri Jewelers takes the guesswork out of buying diamonds, eliminates the negativity sometimes associated with buying jewelry, and just gives you straightforward sales and pricing with nothing hidden. I really appreciated the time Harsh took to explain the entire process to me. He is a trustworthy man and this is a trustworthy business.
