Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. They're worried more about their ego and pride than ensuring customers are taken care of.I was a customer for ten years. I had an Aprilaire 5000 air filter installed by them years ago. They change the air filter during their yearly check and I change it six months later.It's a simple system you just need to pull out the cartridge, clean off the housing and grate, replace the filter and slide it back in.In June when they did their yearly check, they damaged the system to where I cannot pull it out to do maintenance. When I called to have them fix the issue, they deflected and claimed it must have been something I did. That I shouldn't even be touching it, when the techs themselves told me to have it changed repeatedly. The manager was clearly looking for a fight more than make sure their customer was taken care of.So they won't come out and fix the issue. They won't even investigate.I called another place to schedule service. The new HVAC company asked me to send a picture of the label inside the furnace, well what do I find when I remove the panel? There's a hand towel left under the pump, which per the new company is a fire hazard.I would not recommend this place and suggest take your business anywhere else.

Very friendly and honest company! I’ve used a couple other service providers for our boiler and found them all to be dishonest, only wanting to up sell you on parts your system doesn’t need.I’ve only been using Yeagers for a short period of time, but when I called for service they came out within 2 hours, the technician was very friendly and professional. He explained what was wrong, showed me how he determined the failure and explained what was needed to fix the issue.Overall very happy I found Yeagers!

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian Morris when he filled my fuel tank. I got to see how it's actually done and he answered all my questions very courteously. Today I had Brian and Matt do the annual tune-up of my boiler. What I really love is there is absolutely no mess to clean up like the previous company I had. They came even faster than I expected for a non-emergency delivery. The discount for paying within 10 days was very nice. I am new to having oil and would highly recommend them. They have new customers for sure!
